I've order shoes twice from this company because they advertise dope color ways in a lot of classic causal shoes. However, finding one in stock is nearly impossible. In my experience, in the off chance you actually find something in stock you execute the purchase and then don't hear anything from them for the 14 days or whatever it turns out to be after they follow their policy of not fulfilling your order for 5-10 business days, and then they will refund your money. I gave them 2 stars because the refund was processed quickly after I asked where my shoes were. No explanation though, just "sorry for the inconvenience". They lean HARD on that 10 day policy, though they will send you a confirmation email saying most orders ship in 3-4 days. Don't try to call the customer service number they list, it just hangs up after telling you they're recording the call. They don't address that either when asked... Sucks, the shoes they advertise are so good. But it's just like looking at photos of them because getting a pair is almost impossible! Look at the owners response to so many of the negative comments on here (many of which share the same issues I'm describing), it's interesting. I think on one he tells someone they're mistaken about the experience they had 🤣 all of this can be corrected with an inventory management system and...
Read moreMake certain to email their gmail (not the info@survivalmiami.com) if you want a prompt response. I had issues with an order that had been ordered in the incorrect size. On their end it’s showing I ordered a 7.5. Email correspondence with the info@ email was not helpful at all. I was advised that since they are showing I had placed the order incorrectly, I would have to pay for the shipping back. I tried to email back and talk about it and never received a response. I then left a review on here that was less than glowing. I sent another email and this time I included their gmail. I was helped by a man who was actually giving me information as to what was going on. He explained what happened on their end and said that even though they were seeing it as the error was on my end, he would send me the shipping label. He also read my review and stood his ground and even threw some shade/sass my way. Which was kind of funny and respectable (even though we don’t agree on every aspect of what transpired and I stand by certain things.) Had I received the clarity that he had provided when I was emailing the info@ email, I never would have left a negative review. Long story short after emailing for a few days, they’re going to make it right. So shout outs to the man who handles the gmail...
Read moreThey were okay at first, Stephan the "manager" told me that he was going to send UPS the information they need in order to file my claim because I had never received my package although UPS stated it was delivered. They don't answer the phone, UPS and I were trying several times to reach them via phone today to complete the claim process of UPS refunding the money for the order, to no answer. They also haven't been answering my emails either. I hope Survival Clothing & Footwear does not force me to contact the Florida BBB, and the Consumer Protection Agency to file a complaint.
It just so happens that the person replying to these Google reviews is prompt with replying to the low reviews, but does not answer emails from myself, or UPS. Survival Clothing and Footwear, did you read my review in it's entirety??? If you would read it again, you would see that UPS stated that all your company did was provide them with only your UPS account number. UPS NEEDS THE INVOICE FOR THE ORDER I PLACED ON MARCH 1, 2020!!! I'm giving you one last chance to fully resolve this matter with UPS and myself before I take this...
