I bought a kid jump tech system a few weeks ago and I’m really delighted with the whole experience. The customer service is really excellent; the team took all the time necessary to answer all my questions before the purchase, I was able to write to them in French and we managed to understand each other, they were available and supportive when I had trouble with delivery (they told me they would no longer be dealing with FedEx as a result of my experience) and when I had to install the device, they have been available to help me at every step. They even assisted me remotely at no cost to help me adjust the devices. So if you’re not very good at techno, don’t worry, they’ll help you keep the experience enjoyable.

My kids and I love kids jump tech apps; we made a lot of jealous! I was quite impressed with the precision that the system could have (we tried the darts game). We haven’t finished going through all the games, but we love it. And the fact that I can plug in my fire stick to listen to the TV on a 19x12 screen is just great!

I didn’t have to pay anything extra; everything was included (with the exception that I will have to buy curtains, as sunlight can affect the accuracy of the game and I have very large windows.)

Always accessible, Sakina pays attention to details and goes above and beyond to ensure we are delighted with our Live Drawings and Mobile Interactive Floors. Nick, the installation and training expert, is patient, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the equipment and the programming. He took his time to ascertain that we knew how to use everything, from powering it up and connecting the devices to playing with them and turning them off. Nick resolved any issues we experienced in the installation and training process before he left. He was so reassuring and even offered to do a phone walk-through if we forgot how to use the LiveDrawings or Interactive Floor. KJT cares for its customers, from the procurement level at the School District to the teachers and students playing with their products at the school sites.
