Horrible service. I always come there to shop and this time I purchased an outfit for a trip that I couldn’t wear because the sensor was left on the item… the sensor didn’t even go off as I was leaving the store and when I went to exchange it to let them know I wasn’t even able to wear it. They gave me a hard time with the sensor being on it like it was my fault. Then unfortunately for me being gone out the country for so long. I misplaced the receipt. Even tho the tag is attached and the outfit haven’t been worn. As well as me providing them with the card info, date, time as well as total for the purchase. They won’t try to look for the receipt history and especially for the inconvenience of them not properly taking the sensor off they wouldn’t have at least assist me with exchanging the item for the same price value. A refund or store credit was never asked for. Just an even swap since their mess up didn’t allow me to wear the outfit when needed. I’m highly upset and this is very unprofessional. As well when the cashier insists on you to press X instead of putting in your email. Please put in your email, it seems like that’s the only way they can keep track of your purchase. And by the cashier INSISTING on you to press X and not leave a email is their slick way on making sure if you don’t have a receipt then you have to keep the item. It’s very disappointing and frustrating to have to keep an outfit that was planned for a trip that I never got to wear because they FAILED to do their job properly. If I could date a zero start I would but unfortunately I have to put some type of start in order to...
Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. The store is fine, the prices are fine. My complaint, which I hope reaches corporate or franchise owners, is with the manager. Unfortunately I didnt have time to ask her name but she had blonde hair and glasses. She only spoke Spanish eventhough I spoke English to her. I gave up and spoke Spanish just to communicate effectively. I went in to turn in an application for an open position which I had no idea was only to close the store. When she saw my availablitlity all she said was no. She explained that she needed closer's only so I told her that I would be able to change my availability to close 3 nights a week and having yet to look at me in the eyes just nods her head and keeps repeating the word "no". She obviously doesn't care about the kind of person she hires because there was no consideration, no interview, I had never met her before and she had the audacity to be curt, short, and rude. She drew a large X on my application and dismissed me. This all happened in 3 minutes. The most unprofessional woman I have ever encountered. Without looking at me in the face she basically shooed me away. Horrible. I expect to be contacted in...
Read moreI've just had one of the worst experiences I've ever had, not only in your Rainbow store, but overall in general. I visited this store, and while checking out, had the young lady accuse me of "removing tags" because I was "trying to steal". I was shocked!!! Asked if she was calling me a theif and she said "Yes!!!!". She was loud and yelling and kept saying that I removed the tags trying to steal. I was so caught off guard with her accusations, especially since I was at the counter to pay for my items. I asked for her name and proceeded to point to the Rainbow sign and say, "What's my name???? My name in Rainbow, that's my name!!" (she was blonde and wore glasses). Again, she'd been yelling the entire time. You not only lost a customer, but you lost my business because I ended up walking out of the store without purchasing anything. This was totally unacceptable. This person is not fit to work with customers, especially when making false accusations...
