0 Stars if I could. This was the worst experience ever at a Pizza place. Waited 2 hours for my pizza. Online said it was out for delivery and after an hour I decided to call and she said they were short on drivers so they're waiting to get my pizza to deliver it, she made it seem like I was bothering her trying to find out where my pizza is that I paid for in advance. An hour later, the driver shows up and the pizza was cold and my cookie cake was hard. I called in and spoke to Amelia the "Manager" supposedly. They obviously lack customer service skills. It took me 15 minutes to even get on the phone with someone and when I finally got to her, she was rude as ever. I started explaining my issue to her and in the middle of me explaining, she cuts me off and asks for my phone number, like she didn't even care for what I had to say. I told her I wanted a refund and she said okay and then the phone went blank for 5 minutes, I kept saying hello and she didn't answer. Then she randomly comes back on the phone and asks me where do I want the refund. Not even acknowledging that she was going to place me on hold or anything like that. I was about to hang up because I thought something was wrong with the phone. I work in customer service and I know you need to at least tell the customer you are going to place them on hold. Read moreI have ordered from this Pizza Hut several times recently & I'm highly disappointed especially with Management. The last 2 incidents were: Order placed, waited for delivery an hour to find the order was cancelled due to cash payment & no one answered 1 call. Management did absolutely nothing to accommodate me as a customer. Last order which was today Feb 26th. My order was placed, the cashier was asked if I, could use 2 credit cards..the answer was yes. I went to get my cc to now have another person on the line who states she couldn't find my just placed order. My order is now placed the 2nd time. I, waited for my delivery more than hr. & finally received a text saying my order would be delivered in 20 mins, food was in the warmer awaiting Door dash pickup. I, drove to pick up my order, not wanting my food to be in a warmer for nearly 30 mins. I, received no apologies, not even face to face communication even after the young worker brought my issue the Mgr . The worker led me to believe an order of cinnamon sticks would be given for my troubles but after waiting for at least 5 mins & speaking with the young lady the food hadn't begun to be prepared so I, decided to leave with a partially cold pizza. Waited over a 1 for my order even though online said delivery was approximately 25-35 mins, when I called I was placed on hold just for another person by the name of Steven to answer and not have a clue what I was on hold for.... once I explained he said ok I'm sending a driver now. Waited another 25 mins finally get a call from the gate buzzed the person in. Another 10mins goes by and nothing I called back and immediate the person that answered is being rude and saying that the number they had for me on the order is not the number I'm calling from and the driver just returned to the store. (Even though I know I changed the number when I ordered, I guessing my profile probably had the wrong phone number) I proceeded to tell them that the address is correct, so how can why didn't they deliver to the address on the order, the answer I was given was "that doesn't matter sweetheart" I immediately told them to cancel my order refund my card.
