Zero zero zero stars needed. I ordered my meal online and arrived at the restaurant when it was to be ready. After waiting for 45 minutes outside I received a text message saying my order was ready. The staff was standing in the front after I received my message and then she went in the back. Once she returned she had a mop bucket and proceeded to clean the front room..I yelled for her attention to come to the window and told her I received a message saying my order was ready. She gave me my food I looked in the bag without opening the containers and everything looked fine. However when I arrived home and lifted up my hash browns I was missing 4 items that I paid for and my husband was missing two items from his food. I bagged everything back up and drove back to the restaurant. I explained to the young lady what was missing out of my order and she told me āoh we out of thatā. Ok if that was the case you should have told me that when you handed me my food. You wasted my time and gas driving back here. I then told her since all of these items are missing I wanted a refund. She then tells me they donāt refund online orders. Let me remind you the only way to get food at this time of morning is through online ordering. We exchanged words about my refund and she called the cook to the front. My order was $26 and some change. So she talked to the other girl and she comes back with the receipt and hands me $20. I asked where the rest of my money for food that they threw in the trash because it was incorrect. She then told me they canāt refund anymore. We had another exchange of words. She then handed me $4. I again said thatās not what I paid. Why would I just give you money for food I didnāt have and on top of that you wasted my time. So we exchanged words again and she told me to see the manager at 8am. Letās bs clear itās almost 4 in the morning. Why would I just hand you over money with horrible service and no product. Something needs to be done. I am writing whomever I need to so no other paying customer will have to experience this. If I give you $26 and you donāt produce a product I expect all of my money back. What type of establishment is this robbing people of their money. Iām writing reviews to warn the public about this location and their money....

The atmosphere is antagonistic and clickish amongst the staff and it seems against the customers as well.
Why do I say this? Well, the store was fairly empty, I do not like sitting with my back against the doors so I never sit on the stools.
I saw the three single seats by the area adjacent to the refrigerators next to the dinning area they were available so I took the seat in the middle.
As I said the store was fairly empty with no one in the booths behind me, nor on the ones adjacent to them except all the way to the opposite side there were customers.
But as the employees began to notice me they seem to have a displeased demeanor about themselves as if I was sitting in their preferred seating area.
No one said a thing directly to me, but they were mumbling, it was just the looks and stares they gave until this one worker of whome I forgot to mention, of which I did speak to as I first walked-in saying "good morning", but she looked angry saying nothing, just stomping off.
It was this same time the very same woman went out of her way to bend down in front of me her but facing me as she seemed to be doing all of nothing at the compartment she was facing concerning her work, but she stayed their fanning her butt basically right in front of my face, for at least three minutes, as if to say "you know what" inconspicuously.
I noticed others looking at her obviously disgusting display as if waiting to see the expected confrontation, but all the while I just focused on my phone as I was legitimately busy using it to compile some figures I was working on.
This was one of those situations where you can't prove what just happened but you know what happened was intentional.
It is a sad state of affairs when you are made to feel very uncomfortable as a customer by employees who have no sense of respect, customer service, or retail establishment candor in explaining that they use those seats when when the store is not so busy.
Instead they chose to be dismissive and insulting.
Waffle House š I love the food in your restaurants, but please do better in training your employees in the areas of Common Decency, Courtesy and Customer...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis was my first and last time at this location. Store #2226. I was not pleased at all with the food or service. The waitress whom served me and my brother first insulted me by smirking and questioning my decision to order hot tea, orange juice and a glass of water. I had just taken my meds therefore wanted water to make sure it went down properly; Hot tea is my choice of drink in the morning and I felt like having some orange juice. When I asked what was the problem? due to her reaction of my beverage order her response was, "I thought maybe you wanted to switch something". My reply was, "I asked for what I wanted." When I received my meal my toast was cold, half buttered and soggy from being placed on top of the gritts. There was another patron there whom had a problem with their food as well. She and my brother both saw bacteria growing on their toast and the bread was old. The final straw was when I received the bill and there was an extra $2 fee for what I couldn't figure out. When I questioned the waitress of the extra fee, she herself couldn't figure why the $2 was added. Previously I asked for some hot water to make a second cup of tea for myself with the tea bag I was given. I inquired if there was a cost for the hot water. The waitress deducted the $2 from my ticket. We spoke with the manager, piggy backing on the complaints of the other customer. My brother brought this to my attention.. The manager did not once apologize for the service or the preparation of the food. This was truly a disappointment in the representation of the Waffle...
