Horrible horrible Little Caesars location! The service is so bad ,unprofessional and slow! The cashier doesn't even greet you and does not follow the uniform policy of the workplace. I went on the 17th of July and a young guy was there standing , didn't even greet me ,the customer as i walked into the location he had his damn hat to the side as if he was at home or something not knowing hes working for a multi million dollar pizza Franchise . He was sagging his pants with no belt on like he was outside in the streets with his buddies or something. Corporate really needs to put order in this particular location because there are a million things wrong with the people who work in this establishment. I ordered one pizza half cheese half pepperoni and they took 45 minutes making me wait and every time i asked if it was ready they said the pizza was in the "oven" . Customers came and went and these people instead of making my one and only pizza their priority they chose to take care of customers and forgot about my order. The cashier made people pay for their order BEFORE handing them their pizza and making them wait.At the end i just told him give me whatever i don't care i just wanted to put something in my stomach , he then went along to giving me a pizza and complementary wings for the wait and these wings were literally bitten by someone else. This is insane who the hell do they put back wings that were already bitten and touched and give it or sell it to a damn customer.l i could've eaten that and gotten sick and then i would throw a big sue and that would wake corporate up .This is the worst customer service experience i ever had AND SURE OTHER PEOPLE CAN RELATE TO ME . A business being run like this is a lost of money lost of sales because the way that the customers are treated they don't come back for this disgusting of an experience. Read moreI ordered the Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni Pizza. First of all, they didn't add the sauce on the crazy crust it was only stuffed. They added it after it was already cooked which its supposed to be cooked onto the crust. Secondly, the pizza had a burnt/dry spot right in the middle of it. I asked the attendant, Christian, if they could remake it because it looked dry. He said he couldn't do that and he wasn't going to do it. He claims all he could do was refund the entire order and have me pay for a whole new order so they could remake it. I would've had them refund the entire order but the last time I did that I NEVER got my money back and had to issue a claim that's still pending. Then, Cristian had the audacity to argue with me that I took too long to pick up the pizza and that's why it had the dry spot. No, it had a dry spot because it was cooked improperly with NOT enough cheese/sauce! I have never had an issue with dry pizza after it being left in the warmer. And if that's the case, they SHOULD have a sign stating "Pizza will dry out if left in warmer for whatever time" OR the attendants should advise the customers OR maybe the temperature in the warmers are too high if its basically drying out the pizza!! I asked for the attendants name and for the managers name. He lied and said it was on the receipt which it wasn't. He also couldn't even provide me a corporate or customer service phone number. He only gave me the name of his Manager, Nayate. When I arrived to pick up my order, I spoke in English, but the person at the cash register insisted on speaking Spanish, seemingly judging me by my appearance rather than trying to accommodate my language preference. This made the interaction feel unwelcoming and unprofessional.
After waiting for my order, things went from bad to worse. The cashier skipped over me to help the next customer and then handed me the wrong soda. When I pointed out the mistake, she seemed completely disengaged and lost in her own world. Instead of resolving the issue, she cursed in frustration, which led to a heated exchange with another customer who cursed back and stormed out of the store.
To top it off, the cashier then told me to grab the soda myself, which I reluctantly did. As if the situation couldn’t get more chaotic, another employee came out and accused me of trying to steal the very soda I had already purchased. The lack of organization and professionalism was glaring, and it felt like none of the employees cared to provide proper service. Many of them didn’t speak English and made no effort to assist or communicate effectively.
