Id give it zero stars if I was able to. After waiting 15 mins by the fish section for someone to assist me I finally ask Roberto the store manager for help. He sent someone else to assist me only so he can stand behind the counter. Mind you, I'm the only person in the store besides some other guy looking at the ingredients in the dog food. His staff lacks the willingness to help. They were completely bothered that I had asked them to scoop out some fish for me. I ask that same kid who helped me the price of some plants and he told me $2.99 so I ordered two. The store manager was on his cell phone while I walked to the counter to pay for my fish and plants. When he noticed the young kid did not write the code on the bag he then started going on and on on how the plants were $4.99 and not $2.99 and how these have a pot and the others don't. Honestly I didn't care. He made me feel so uncomfortable infront of other guests. I paid what I had to and left but he really lacks training his staff on product knowledge. His staff is a reflection of him as far as their presence and customer service. Most people donโt understand these employees are not vets but they do indeed go out of their way to help w/ any question. As well, the employees try to be as attentive as possible. Being that Iโve asked the manager why they have so low of employees on shift and they told me that they unfortunately do not have enough hours to give out. On other news I did read a comment down below and saw that someone complained about getting there past the time frame. If you are late you are late no excuses. If your animal was that important you would have gotten to the store with ample time. They are open 9 am to 9 pm no excuse. Do not complain it has happened to all of us, but itโs only your fault. ย ย ย Read moreThis store is amazing. All staff is super friendly. Two weeks ago bought a $20 male halfmoon betta that had most his fins in rough shape and I wanted to take him home. One of the store attendants,William, ensured me that his fins would grow back and he helped me buy him everything that I needed to start a tank for him (betta water, bio live gravel, proper food, water additives and a live plant). Today I returned to test my water. William, once again with 5 star customer care, remembered that I had bought the betta and answered my 100 questions about my water care. He gave me the best advice and actually admitted that he wanted to take the same betta home to care for the same day that I came and bought it. An employe that cares that much about his store animals deserves this recognition.
