Panda Express — Restaurant in Florida

Oh my God the food was horrible awful and dried out customer service was horrible no one really speaks English worker in the lobby getting ice the fried rice burned and lo mien was also burned the orange chicken old and soggy black pepper steak dried and overcooked my favorite dish to order when I go to panda is the broccoli and beef that was also dry no taste this not my first time coming to this panda I came a few times i recently came a few weeks ago before work around 11:30am it was the only black African American worker there she was amazing flipping and cooking I said wow a black woman cooking Chinese food she was cooking the meats and most importantly the meats was delicious the fried rice and lo mien was old or something it’s like they used last night rice I’m an head chef at my store so I know the difference I don’t think I will be going back for a while p.s they need more cooks like the African woman that cook the meats she actually care about food you can tell she cook even at home if I walk in panda again and she there I will definitely order but only the meats or whatever she’s cooking but I’m very disappointed because I normally don’t get bad food from panda oh lets not get into the portions of the food I got to get back to...

Personally, I am very disappointed in this Panda Express location. The first few times I visited after it had opened were great. Customer service was good and portion sizes were pretty fair too.

On my most recent visit though, I had a very terrible customer service experience with a worker/"manager" named Nikson. I ordered two Bigger Plates, a Plate, and two a la carte small entrees. I noticed that he hadn't placed my two small entrees separately to my plates, so I let him know, just in case he had missed it. Then with a not very friendly attitude he says that my two small entrees are included in the plates, and I told him that the two small entrees were a separate order. He didn't seem to understand at all. Finally, another worker understood what I meant and took over.

And above that it was around 8:30 ish and all the trash cans inside the place were overflowing trash. There were even plates, utensils and napkins on the floor.

I love Chinese food & have been eating it for 60 years so moving into the Miami Lakes area last year I've had a chance to eat at about 6 or 7 restaurants in the area. However, I never ate at the "Chain Chinese Restaurants " such as P.J. Changs, Pei Wei or Panda Express until today! So, I joined the Panda Express app & club. There is a Panda Express near the Walmart & Fresco y Mas where I shop! Order at the counter a combo platter with 2 entrees, Beijing beef & teriyaki chicken with brown rice @ $9.65! The area with the food behind the glass was a bit messy & unappealing! The server was just OK! I ate in & found the dishes to be bland, without a whole lot of flavor but served hot & moist! The Chinese buffets serve similar quality! So, It was just OK, nothing special. Not a place I would visit again! I might mention that their pricing is cheaper than Pei Wei or...
