Terrible experience! I was excited to buy Dubai cookies and ordered from their website. I called at 8:30 AM, the time they supposedly make cookies, to confirm my order was ready. Unfortunately, the clerk who answered was extremely rude. She told me they didn't have Dubai cookies, and when I asked for a refund, she spoke to me in a condescending manner and hung up on me. When I called back to address the issue, she claimed to have seen my name on the phone . I suggested the manager should "check his employees carefully." This is unacceptable customer service, especially considering I had tipped generously when I ordered, expecting better treatment. I recently had the pleasure of visiting this spot, and let me just say—it did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the service was absolutely top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home.

But let’s talk about the cookies—wow! They had a huge variety, but the pink velvet was the true showstopper. Soft, velvety, and with a unique flavor that’s hard to find anywhere else, it hit all the right notes. Each bite was indulgent and delicious, leaving me craving more even after I’d finished.

If you’re a cookie lover or just appreciate quality service, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be swinging by again to work my way through the rest of their flavors....

I received two banana Pudding via Uber eats and both had some type of oil or grease smeared on the top of the container. I don't know if this was from the driver or the store but I'm ticked off. Also, for the price why was the banana pudding barely half way full??? Unacceptable

Also, if customers items are delivered, they should be in some type of sealed bag where the drivers can just open them up. Placing a sticker on one side of the cup, where a driver can just open the cup from the other side is not protecting the consumers food. Please take a page from Dunkin Doughnut because they place your items in a bag and staple it all the way across so you know if your food has been...
