Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Dined in,

1. As I go to the fountain dispenser I see what looks like a hair or a web or some type of yuk hanging from the fountain dispenser.
2. floor and tables unclean and un wiped.
3. order a side of soup, break crackers and upon first bite realize they are steal , 2nd 3rd pk the same .
4. Approaches counter , clerk addresses me as BOSS. I’m a customer I’m not your. OSS. He says “Either way it’s the same what’s the problem.”
5. I ask to speak to the manager, She shows no response to MY URGENCY, then as I’m speaking to her she looks at the clerk and request translation because she doesn’t understand the language . ( I get it but look in retail you have to be able to communicate to your customer.
6. . I request a refund (9.50) she says did you eat your sandwich . I said yes . She says well I’ll have to call boss for approval
7. About 6-7 mins go buy, she process receipt and refund hands it to me without a breath and looks at. E like a DEEER in the headlights of a pick up truck. Offers no response, no regret and no sign of human pulse.

I’m amazed that this IS ACCEPTABLE! The SUBWAY BRAND, I remember had a sense of freshness , social commitment to the customer and a clean enviarme t to dine in. NEVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MY EARNED...

I go to this subway often unfortunately I had a server that didn't like being corrected. My hubby wanted a Supreme Meats Wrap (Picture Shown) I explained he did NOT have all the meats that were listed and began speaking in Spanish about it. Another server came over, asked what was the problem, he told her and she told him he was NOT making it correctly and showed him the correct meats. He through the meat he had placed down back into the meat containers it came from. I was getting a tuna as well. I had to walk out because the disrespectful, nastiness was not worth it. He was wrong and made it out to be me. I really like the other workers there however I will no longer be taking my money there. The kicker I went to the Subway on 67th Ave and found out they have the same owner. So basically I will not be eating Subway anywhere near my house. It is what it is....

Bad experience tonight October 22,2024 at 8:25 PM. The older Cuban male with a hat raised his voiced at me after having to wait my turn to a guy that ordered three foot longs. The Subway worker said " look at all these orders I have. So I said, but I just waited for that guy that order three foot longs. I got to catch a bus. The worker said: it doesnt matter even if he had 100 subs to order you still have to wait. NO CUSTOMER RESPECT AT ALL. SEND THIS GUY TO MOVE BOXES AT...
