Attention Esteemed Customers and Stakeholders:
I am compelled to bring to light the egregious state of affairs at the Target store situated at the aforementioned address. The prevailing conditions at this establishment are deplorable and warrant immediate corrective measures. Here are the pertinent issues of concern:
Unsanitary Conditions:
The hygiene standards at this store are appallingly substandard. Customers frequently encounter filthy floors, unkempt restrooms, and pervasive unsanitary conditions throughout the premises. This level of neglect not only detracts from the shopping experience but also constitutes a significant health hazard. It is incumbent upon the management to ensure that such basic cleanliness standards are scrupulously upheld. The current state of disrepair is a flagrant dereliction of duty.
Abysmal Customer Service:
The quality of customer service at this Target location is profoundly deficient. There is a pervasive lack of professionalism and responsiveness among the staff. Incidents of discourteous behavior and inadequate assistance are rampant, creating a hostile and frustrating environment for patrons. Exceptional customer service is paramount to cultivating a positive retail experience, and the personnel at this location consistently fail to meet these essential criteria.
Expired Food and Unsanitary Refrigeration:
Perhaps most concerning is the condition of the food items. Numerous products are expired, and the refrigerators and freezers where these items are stored are exceedingly dirty and unsanitary. This neglect has resulted in foodborne illness, as I myself have experienced sickness after consuming items purchased here. This is an unacceptable breach of food safety standards and poses a serious health risk to...
Read moreI have been trying to reach not just this particular target but several stores within my area it is disappointing that the phone rings until it disconnects. I have tried every single department and I attempted over 2 dozen times. Unfortunately the employees don’t care to hear the phone ringing and answer the customer who is calling. It can’t be that they’re understaffed because I have witnessed it when I’m at the store. As a customer, customer service is crucial in any store big or small and it’s not just the customers at the store but also the ones who are trying to reach assistance over the phone. This is not acceptable my experience in the last 48 hours calling five different stores has raised my blood pressure. I’m a big on providing excellent customer service. I could likely get in my car and drive over to the store and witness the employees ignoring the ringing phone. However, unfortunately due to a surgery I cannot drive, before I sent someone to purchase the item i needed was available as online it showed limited availability. I hope someone in your corporate office reads this and feels free to contact me because your employees need to be retrained when it comes to answering the phone and helping the customer who are calling. I would have given a five star review if my experience when calling your stores was different today i had terrible experience. I will add that I have even called when the store initially open, during the day and at closing and my experience has been the same. I have record of the number of attempts...
Read moreI’m not one to leave a review ever but this was the only time Ive felt the need to say this was the worst target, short lady in tech with glasses was one of the rudest workers most blatantly lying person if I’ve ever seen one. We ask one of the coworkers there for an album and he goes to look for it when she then asks what album we’re looking for only to stop her coworker to look for it stuttering the whole time explaining someone else had just got the last one in the back, we ask her if she can please look because it says it has multiple in stock. We ask the guy again if he could please just check and we he goes on his way she stops him AGAIN. We ask a different worker in another vicinity and when she saw us asking someone else she calls him and tells him come come Yelling for him and he’s like okay I’ll look for it for you. Then when we hear him get a walkey talkie and she’s telling once again another worker to not go look for it. I get not wanting to help but stopping multiple other coworkers is just malicious as it affects her in no way if we aren’t asking her for it. Clearly she hates her job and is miserable or wanted the item for her loser self.
UPDATE : I knew I wasn’t crazy and she just wasn’t trying to help at all because target fulfilled my order literally 20 minutes...
