I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I believe in giving credit where credit is due. My recent experience with the Town of Miami Lakes Building Department, particularly Susana Naranjo, was nothing short of outstanding.
If there were a rating higher than 5 stars, Susana and the entire team would deserve it. As a Realtor, part of my job often involves requesting records to be updated—a process that, in many places, can be slow and frustrating. I usually prepare myself for the worst.
However, Miami Lakes far exceeded my expectations and completely restored my faith in how efficient and responsive a government office can be. Susana’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to assist were remarkable. The process was smooth, timely, and handled with genuine care.
