Last week, my husband and I decided to try Korner 67 for brunch, and it instantly became one of our favorite spots! We loved it so much that we went back again this week, and the experience was just as incredible, if not better.
First, a huge shoutout to our server, Jorge, who was absolutely fantastic. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we sat down. His recommendations were spot-on, and he truly elevated our dining experience.
Now, onto the food—which was nothing short of amazing! We started with the tostones with chicken and the tuna tartare. The tostones were perfectly crispy, and the chicken was seasoned to perfection. The tuna tartare was fresh and flavorful, with just the right balance of textures.
For our main dishes, we ordered the lomo saltado and the surf and turf sushi roll. The lomo saltado was bursting with bold, authentic flavors, and the meat was tender and juicy. The surf and turf sushi roll was a creative and delicious blend of flavors that worked beautifully together.
We couldn’t resist adding an order of the croquetas, and we’re so glad we did—they were creamy and packed with flavor, a true comfort food done right.
Every single dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. It’s clear the kitchen puts a lot of care into their creations.
Korner 67 has quickly become one of our go-to spots for an unforgettable meal. Whether it’s brunch or dinner, we’re already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to Jorge and the whole team for making each visit so special! Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for delicious food and...
Read moreI have to start by saying that this has been one of the best restaurants I’ve been. It feels intimate and more for adults than family friendly.
Tip* Happy hour is ONLY outside or at the bar.
I came in for the first time on a Thursday evening about 5:45pm. When I came it was not busy , but quickly picked up. Our server was great the entire time and had no issues there.
This is a Tapas type restaurant and most dishes are meant to be shared. Some dishes seemed a bit pricey so watch out for that.
We decided to take advantage of the Miami Spice menu and it was fantastic!
For the $45 menu we started with the Beef CARPACCIO, portobello which tasted fresh and was very light. The Grilled BRANZINO, lemony dressing, almond couscous was fantastic the fish was well seasoned, flaky and flavorful. And for dessert we had the Mini french TARTS which seemed to be random (we had what we think it was pistachio and a lemon one) the pistachio was good the lemon was not our favorite.
For the $60 menu we started with the French wild MUSSELS, toast and OMG it was amazingly delicious! The Seafood RISOTTO came with shrimp, mussels, calamari and was also very flavorful. And for dessert we did the Crème brûlée which was really good (tasted like a flan tart)
Everything we had was delicious. To drink we had the Guav a lady which was sweet and tart and absolutely delicious. The BANANA GORILLA which was way to strong for my tastes (straight hard liquor) . And lastly the FLORIDIAN BOURBON which was also fantastic.
Overall I would...
Read moreI went on Monday, and let me tell you - the food was fantastic! We had a reservation and were seated virtually immediately.
We ordered drinks, and they were very good! I wanted to try everything because the menu is super diverse and unique. Of course, I couldn't - but I will go back!
For the appetizers, we ordered the saganaki cheese, duck& prosciutto croquettes, and the bacon wrapped dates. We found everything to be delicious, each for different reason.
For our meals we had the steak tartar and the scallops. They were both very very good as well! I would say I was very happy with the sizing portions as they were advertised.
On the menu, it says the size of the portions for each item (which is a fantastic idea) so that is how we decided what to eat. By the time we finished what we had as our mains, we were full!
For dessert, I think what we had was called the almond delirious. Whichever dessert it was, it was awesome. It reminded me of an almond joy bar. So good.
Our waiter was fantastic and super super nice.
Enrique (who seemed like the owner? manager?) also came by our table and checked in on us, and was super sweet.
The vibe in the restaurant was very nice. it is a small space, and it seemed full while we were eating. So I would definitely recommend having a reservation. Their bar in the front is very very nice looking, and I want to go back for happy hour!
I can't want to go back...
