Newslink — Local services in Miami Springs

I usually do not leave reviews but I had an excellent customer service experience of all time. I was in Miami International Airport in a stressful situation with my children. During a purchase at a Newslink gift shop, and at the same time lost near gate D7; I came across with an employee, Yasel and he was very nice and walked with me to the correct departure. I was able to catch my flight on time. I wish I can give him more than a 5 star review. I am very pleased...

So why the hell they got 4 employees, 2 kissing right behind the counter in uniform. While nobody is doing anything.. everyone has to self check out while they stand there playing around with each other while customers are forced to use the 'self check out' with no assistance ehat so ever... what...

The supervisor of this store should be ashamed of himself. The way he treated me because I was paying with a $100 dollar bill is not acceptable. Because I asked him if he could change the money he got beside himself, I don’t know the store rules I don’t work there. Horrible attitude...
