I am not one to leave reviews but I felt that someone needs to see my review on the AT&T store on St. Rt. 28 in Milford, Ohio. I have had AT&T now for a couple years and every time I have gone into that particular store they always had 1 employee running the entire store and multiple people waiting; therefore really long wait times. Being in a popular location in Miami Twp. I felt they at least needed to have more than 1 employee working at all times. From a loyal customerās perspective that is definitely one way to lose customers due to not scheduling enough employees to take care of the customer. Having retail customer service experience I know how important it is to provide the best customer service possible to make sure to keep all current customers happy and potentially future customers. I believe word of mouth can be beneficial to a company or not depending on the customer service provided. This past weekend, I needed to go into the AT&T store and I was very hesitant before going into that particular store because of all of the prior experiences that I have had. With all this being said, I had the BEST experience EVER when I was immediately greeted by the store manager Ian. He was very friendly, professional and was eager to help me with everything I needed help with. My phone is a little over year old and I have dealt with problems with it for the past 6 months just to avoid going into the store. Right away, he explained all of my options and as a result I have a new upgraded iPhone 16 plus and he even was able to lower my monthly rate. Ian informed me he had just taken over the store and I am so glad AT&T hired him along with proper staffing to help every customer so they do not have to wait. After extensive talking about my prior experiences he offered a very good rate on internet so I am now a continued loyal customer to AT&T for my internet services as well. I truly believe if Ian wasnāt there I may not have had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER and I would not likely be an AT&T customer anymore! I would highly recommend anyone looking for great, professional customer service and are looking for internet and wireless services PLEASE stop by the Miami Twp. location and ask for Ian. He is by far the best change that has been made over the past couple of years!! I have no doubt he will give you the best deals on wireless and internet services. Not to mention he is very personable and is definitely not your ātypical pushy salesmanā! Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf it was possible to give zero stars I would have. Coming to the Milford location turned out to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had as a customer with AT&T. We went in to upgrade our two phones and unknowingly left with two additional lines and expensive phone insurance added to our plan which raised our bill up over $200 per month! We were working with Raiden, and he made all of these changes to our plan with out our knowledge or consent. The multiple issues were only discovered when we went back to pick up the new phones and had issues transferring data because Raiden had upgraded the two new phone lines that we didn't even know about. The Assistant Store Manager, Rob, caught the mistakes and said we needed to call customer service to correct it because they were unable to fix it at the store. Calling that number and speaking to Alex was complete waste of time, she was unwilling to help me and could not provide me with a date that this would all be corrected. She couldn't even figured out how my plan was set up incorrectly to fix it. I went to the Ohio Pike location and they saved the day! Nicholas and his team and the ONLY reason AT&T did not lose a long time client. I will be driving 25 mins out of my way from now on to avoid the Milford store, they are doing shady and dishonest business and I'm sure I'm not the only one this has happened to. I recently left my account with the "pink provider" for many reasons. Days like today cement that was a good idea. The new phone for the Voodoo Child was a dud. I went in expecting there to be an issue. With high hopes and a feeling of dread, we went in less than a 2 week old 16 to see what could be done. Matthew to the rescue! He assured us we would get the issue resolved to our liking. I was still thinking never trust a sales guy. Not only did hw troubleshoot. He delivered! We got the same model and new. In the same hard to find color. He made we did not leave unhappy or missing any pics or data and trip to the Apple store was needed unlike my previous provider. Friendly, customer focused and looked every bit the neat clean cut guy you want to handle your business. No up sell, nonsense fees or shenanigans. He even asked if we wanted to know if we were happy before we left and to let him know anytime if there was a problem as he walked us out and sent us off to have a great day.
