Mulberry Square Shopping Center — Local services in Miami Township

I had been going to this location for close to 10 years. Always had a good experience until this year. While getting our taxes prepared it took two employees to guess on how to enter what I sold my stock for. They assured my husband and I it was the correct amount. We were told we didn't owe federal or state anything that in fact we would be getting a refund from both. We always purchase the piece of mind that way in the envent of an error we would be covered. The following day my husband received a call from H&R block stating that they had messed up and forgot to enter my stock amount to the state that we now owe and for us to come up that night to pay. I contacted a friend who works for H&R block she said don't pay a penny that they always try to get you to pay that way they don't. She said the piece of mind covers us since it was the preparers error. I then called the office and spoke to the manager and the preparer they said oh yes we now see you did purchase the piece of mind and we will submit it to our Kansas office your check will be to you in 4-6 weeks. A few weeks passed and we get a denial email from them. I call again this time the manager got very verbal with me and mentally unstable in the conversation. I then contacted his boss who also assured me we would get a check that it was being resubmitted due to yet another error on their part. Today in the mail I get a letter stating that our claim is denied again but they are going to send us a check for the fees we paid. I called and asked when I will be receiving my check and was told not sure maybe next week. I'm doubtful that this will happen they don't back their policy, hold employees responsible for their errors. They will take your money but not be there for you to get yours!! DONT TRUST THEM!!! PIECE OF MIND...

The recent Kroger expansion has helped but this mall is very outdated looking and the parking lot always needs repairs! The pot holes are endless. I know they just repaved part of it with the expansion of Kroger and it was a huge improvement but I really hope they do the rest soon, too. I'm very happy to see the addition of Pet Supplies Plus (Milford needs more than just PetSmart for their pet shopping needs) but it would be really nice if they could add some kind of family activity business to the plaza. I feel bad for the businesses in the corner, their visibility is low and traffic isn't directed past them so it's easy to miss them. Overall, not a bad mall but it's kinda sad looking and needs...

Well I really wouldn't know where to begin there are so many shops like Hallmark GNC Penn Station and Kroger's and several others and I believe there's a temporary service there also easy accessible wheelchair accessible for handicapped and there's even Planet Fitness I believe so I take it in stride I have no photos yet but soon as I have them I will post them but if you live close this is the place to be when you need something cuz they have everything just about everything I'm exaggerating but be safe out there hopefully mullbarry where will see you...
