White Castle — Restaurant in Miami Township

Food was fresh and hot! I went late after midnight on the weekend . The line was long but not too bad. Not long enough to have to have to wait 30 minutes just to get the food. I've noticed this with most white castles. The only other place that's like that has been 1 particular McDonald's location. Otherwise it's always white castles that you can expect to wait a bit for your food!

I recommend their onion chips! SO good! I very rarely go because honestly the price is too high. It's a fast food restaurant and their burgers/sandwiches are very small and over priced! I get that they feel like that they need to charge more or that they can and by doing so they get more money BUT it's sad they do not realize as a company that they would get far more business than they even get now because people like me would return much more often. More often that 1 or MAYBE 2 times a year! That's for sure! As a family, even as a kid we use to get white castles at least once a month. They have increased the prices WAY too high and I'm not just talking about during or after the pandemic. They began this even before that. Their combos should not cost the same or near the same as other fast food restaurants. Why? Their sandwiches are much smaller! And that's just 1 reason. I know they are so proud of the money that they have gained from increasing the prices as high as they have over the years, but they are actually losing bc they would gain more than what they are gaining now through a lot more repeat business!

I just went through the drive thru at the Milford Ohio location. I ordered 1 sausage and cheese sandwich and 1 egg and cheese waffle sandwich. After waiting for 7 minutes I watched as they handed my food to the car behind me. She started to pull away but then started backing up. She realized it was the wrong order. Then they brought the exact same bag to me!! I asked if they did what I just watched them do. And of cause they LIED!! No he said we remade it in the split second She handed my food back. So, whatever, I took it, then drove 10 minutes home. Only to find they hadn't even made my order properly. I called the manager and all I wanted him to know was that they screwed up. And he's starts telling me he wasn't there and he'll remake it. I live 10-15 minutes away and I'm not wasting 10$ in gas to go back for a 2$ sandwich. I didn't want a credit I just wanted him to take responsibility. Unfortunately he only made excuses. This happened on August 24 2023 at 10:45 A.M. I ordered "four sliders with bacon and cheese". She must have taken that as no meat because I got four buns with just bacon and cheese! Perhaps I should have rearranged the words when ordering to "four cheese sliders with bacon"? They weren't busy and after she greeted me and asked me to wait a moment it took a really long time sitting in the drive-thru before she came back to take my order. After I paid at the first window I pulled up to the second window. There was no one at the second window. I sat and waited since I couldn't back up because the other cars pulled forward. The two cars behind me got their orders from the first window and pulled around me. Then someone came and unlocked the second window and handed me my food. It was my first time at this white castle and I have been to many others without these kinds of problems. Some of this was my fault being my first time at this location but it was a pretty bad experience.
