Starbucks locations are good. A rare few are great. This particular store is a star above all others that I have visited throughout the U.S.

Years ago, my grandfather, James Allen Harlan, visited one of the earliest Starbucks stores while in Seattle. After trying the coffee, he made a bold move—he bought a substantial amount of stock. That investment changed our family’s future. His daughters now live off the interest. He simply knew quality when he tasted it.

That same level of quality lives here in Milford. The Route 28 team is professional, warm, consistent, and quick without rushing anyone. The store is always clean, well-run, and welcoming—exactly what a Starbucks should be.

My girlfriend and i went to this Starbucks after school to get some work done, and we're forced to leave because one of the workers had a grudge against my girlfriend.

We went in and sat in the back, and were promptly insulted by the workers, and asked to leave because a worker that i wont mention by name used to date my girlfriend, and didn't wanna see her. They continued to loudly talk about how rude it was to come to this Starbucks after breaking Junos heart (the breakup was peaceful, though not mutual on the workers end).

In conclusion we were insulted, talked about (loudly mind you), and asked to leave because that worker didn't wanna see...

I come here all the time, but I have to say it’s extremely inconsistent. And I don’t constantly wanna have to have my drink remade because it makes me feel absolutely guilty. But when someone asks for extra ice in their beverage for the love, give them extra ice. If you get an order for an iced Americano, the espresso is HOT. It melts all the ice. So add more!! No one wants an iced Americano that’s warm or lukewarm. They want it cold. They want iced beverages cold!! For the love of everything, add ice. Especially when they ask for extra, extra ice!!
