I’ve now been to this particular location twice and both times my food was cold. Even when I went down the line and ordered right there in store and ate it immediately, it was cold. Queso, rice, and chicken were cold! The flavor profiles are there and they have more sauces/options in general than chipotle. The flavor and customer service is the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. Food should be covered when it’s not being used. The second time I went I ordered ahead and my food was sitting on the counter (I was about 10 min after my pickup time) and not in the warmer! Guess what, COLD!!! It really doesn’t make sense to me how you’ll leave an order sitting on the counter for 10+ min and not in the warmer and how none of the food on the line gets covered. I’m going to give this restaurant one more chance after quarantine lifts but if I get another cold meal I’m done! I even got a side of chips and queso and the bowl of queso wasn’t even slightly warm. Order was taken by Mark H. On 9/23/2024 at 5:32 PM. We ordered 2 chicken burritos and 1 steak burrito all smothered. We got 3 chicken burritos smothered. Asked them to put initials on the orders so we could tell them apart. They didnt do this. One of the guys talked so quiet, I couldn't hear him and when I asked him to repeat it he coped an attitude. He also had his friends there and was much more concerned with them then taking care of customers. We are very unhappy. My son in law cannot eat chicken, so now I have to spend more money to make sure he has something to eat. All because he couldn't listen! I just moved here to Milford, Ohio, and this is my second time eating here. The first time was a great experience. So, I sent my friend here to get us something to eat last night.
I got the smothered burrito & he got the nachos. I sent him a list of everything that I wanted inside of the burrito. Let’s just say that I was missing a lot of toppings. There was no lettuce, no shredded cheese, no jalapeños, no sour cream, no corn salsa…just to name a few.
