The Joynt recently opened up in Yellow Springs. Since my fiancee and I frequently visit YS, we have fallen in love with this quaint, artsy town. We wandered into the Joynt. We absolutely loved it. The owner and staff are amazing. Their selection of locally sourced goods is impeccable. We went in before the GZA show almost 2 weeks ago and I fell in love with this painting. I left without purchasing it. And I regretted it immediately. When we went back for the Wu Tang show, we hit the Joynt again and I picked up this piece on consignment from a local artist. I couldn't be happier with the art work. It was affordable, benefited a local artist, and looks even better on our wall. The Joynt staff packaged the piece incredibly well for travel back to North East Ohio. And the word on the street was that the artist is trying to raise funds for a local skate park. I was able to support a local business, a local artist, and hopefully help move the needle a bit for the skate park. If you're in Yellow Springs I highly suggest wandering into The Joynt. You won't be disappointed. Tons of cool stuff. And some amazing glass pieces as well. We will be going back again next time we visit Yellow Springs.

Welcoming this new business to Yellow Springs! There is a bit of Old Yellow Springs atmosphere at this location. While offering a variety of products, they support area creators and artists by offering space to sell items on consignment. They also offer a variety of hemp based products and supporting items. The staff is very inviting and willing to assist in any way possible. While many businesses in YS have become tourist centric, this business is one that I believe locals will enjoy supporting. I would recommend taking some time to explore and ask questions to familiarize yourself with what they offer. I did find myself walking by a spot a second time and seeing items that I had not previously noticed.

This business is so cool Everyone is. Always so nice willing to answer any questions costumers have. They are very reasonable pricing. And clearly supports the local community by having work displayed by so many local artist.... they have a wide selection of things to buy. And even some really cool glass and they just keep adding more great cool stuff every time I'm in there. Owners are great to talk to they are very open and transparent about what kind of shop they are and what they carry so glad I was there on the opening day 3 weeks ago and I will continue to visit... so happy u are here in yellow springs.

Hey everyone, just a quick heads-up about this location. The cannabis they’re selling isn’t the real deal you’d expect from a legal, licensed dispensary that is regulated by the DCC. Instead, they’re selling THCA, which doesn’t produce the same high effect as THC Delta-9.

While THCA does have some potential benefits, here’s the catch—it’s completely unregulated. There’s no testing for heavy metals, chemicals, or excess fertilizers, meaning you have no way of knowing how safe this product truly is. Just because they use the broad term "cannabis" doesn’t mean it's what you think it is.

There’s zero third-party testing to verify its safety. If you’re looking for legitimate, licensed cannabis, there are two dispensaries in Springfield that are fully legal. Unfortunately, companies like this one exploit loopholes to sell fake products, relying on the placebo effect to make you think you’re getting high.

Be safe do your research and go to a licensed dispensary or you’re safer going to the dealer down the road to get real cannabis. Then to...
