Catch-A-Wave surf shop — Local services in Miami

So here was my experience with this shop. I was in need of a skateboard for my son that was driving crazy for days so l called a few shops and they had nothing or the prices were outrageous. Times like this places bump up prices and take advantage but something told me to go to this shop. So l went i aldi got lost around the groove causing me to call for help. A gentleman named bob picked up and stated they were closed but he would wait for me. That to me meant everything. So l made it in to the shop there was bob welcoming me in. He did not rush me at all as l searched for the right board and that is a bonus. So as l went back and forth with my son bob had patience enough until l found the board my son wanted. He also worked on the price in which other stores would not of and the prices here were way more lower especially for the top of the line brands they sell. Very cool little shop I just happened to find on Google looking for new wheels for my son and my nephew's skateboard. This little shop looks little from the outside but it's pretty spacious inside. Has a lot of anything you would want and a shop between refreshments in the front little candy station then they have some necklaces and charms then as you go to the back that's where you will find the Skateboards surfboards and skimboards. Very helpful and friendly staff more than happy to help me find the products I needed. A good wide variety product names, not to mention alot of replacement products. Ranging from Leashes, wheels,bearings,trucks and grips. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in the area of coconut grove and/ south Miami. Most def going back to buy myself a long...

Racism exist in this store! Im Black of course. I walked a few feet into the store and it look like they were doing construction so I walked out. On my way to the 24 hour fitness right next door a large white guy coming running in 24 hour fitness to see if I stole a pair of flip flops. He literally took them out my side pocket in my book bag to check them. They are from the store Express! The very nice staff at 24 hour fitness even apologized for him. I'll get his name when I'm done with my workout....
