Sheila, Ingrid, and Jayson are miracle workers! We just went through the most difficult move we have ever had in our 41 years of marriage. But, thanks to the efficiency, professionalism, patience, experience, knowledge, and ability to be flexible and adjust to unexpected events, Sheila and her team we were able help us to survive this nightmare. They travelled from Miami to DC to manage the move for us and went over and beyond our expectations. We have known Sheila for many years and she handled two previous moves for us. We trust her and know her high standards of excellence in everything she and her team do. All the people who work at Grove Gallery and Interiors are true professionals. They understand the meaning of customer service (a rare thing these days), they listen, are always ready to provide solutions, and they deliver what they promise. I can’t recommend them enough! Finished a year and a half renovation and had been living in basically an unfurnished home for six months. I shopped around different furniture and design stores, and never felt comfortable with them. It was all about the sale for them. I was at Flannigan’s one night and saw the bright green building across the street, and looked them up. I figured there’s no way in you’re in business in Miami for over 30 years, and NOT provide good service. I went late one night and met Salome. She showed me around and I told her what I was looking for. Salome and Ingrid both came by my house for a free preview, and I immediately felt comfortable with them. They knew my style and taste. I didn’t have to shop for anything else after they came by. The brought what they thought I would like and need over, and completely changed my house into a home in HOURS! The Grove Gallery & Interiors has made me love my living space and enjoy it so much more! I had my previous furniture for 21 years. I know Sheila through her wonderful work with animal welfare and this made my choice to go here for the new look for my place an even easier one. Sheila, Janel and the team really helped me. They did all of the creative selections (I’m not creative at all) and also used some of my existing pieces to make my living space updated and modern. I also love that they make it so easy for you once your new furniture arrives; putting it in place, arranging it, handing up new and old art, etc. It was a seamless experience. They also built a new beautiful home office and storage area in an unused space that Janel redesigned from top to bottom. I look forward to working with them on more upcoming projects...
