BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU HAS 1,542 COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE OWNERS OF THIS PARKING GARAGE. THERE HAVE BEEN PEOPLE THAT HAVE GONE OVER THE 2 HOURS BY 5, 10 MINUTES AND THEY ALSO RECEIVED $85 TICKET. AND SOME PEOPLE WHERE NOT EVEN THERE MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND STILL RECEIVED A CITATION FOR $85 MEANING THEY OWNERS OF THAT GARAGE ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE WHEN THEY VISIT 5 BELOW GARAGE OR ANY OTHER STORE IN...
