They want me to pay them now $200 for neglecting my mom making her a vegetable and her dying! She was suffocating ignored 7 minutes want even half full 9 or 10 nurses! Her Dr shoulda recommended home breathing treatments she had good insurance! All I know I had a mom now I do not she is brain dead no neurological signs been on a ventilator since April 13th 2024 now it is 2334 less than half an hour from being May 1st 2024. And she was talking a breathing when I pulled into the sally port. The receptionist on the night shift I said clearly emergency asthma attack act quick. She pointed to the wheel chair because she might had to get up. Instead she started asking me questions when someone is in this stage you take it serious, if not you should be working in a bar with drunks because her social skills and lack of care is awful. So I grabbed the wheel chair my mom has a hurt back broke it twice have to be care full then she was limp I came back in I need help asthma patient severe older lady 80 but in good health was considering her health took care of her self..then no one came need help they went waling out not even running, in a hurry. Well they take here in 5 minutes pass critical condition room 10. Then code blue then like 5 minutes later they came out some guy with a personality of a prison Co worker just like the receptionist no hurry duh, is it ok if we do CPR well yes do it..Then anther 15 minutes later the anod came out what happened, I said what do you mean what happened I replied my mom was neglected, she was not taking seriously. He said letâs go in here and talk like ok letâs do. The receptionist couldnât even manage to open the guest room door without screwing up. He said we were busy no they were not excuses there was 9 staff back there and the ER wasnât even half way full. I saw 4 guys outta four guys and the rest women she was ignored. That chubby buck toothed receptionist need to loose her! Well the anod said why didnât you get her in I said her back is in horrible shape he said doesnât matter like hell if it doesnât, I shoulda got her in here. When they came and got her they had no gurney no oxygen nothing picked her up like a lifeless slab of meet dropped her in the char so roughly. They said oh itâs just low blood sugar I said asthma could be some low blood sugar but again asthma. Well she had been in many times for blood sugar but this time was different. They couldnât even tell it was asthma they were not friendly like oh a low blood sugar. If they canât tell then they should not be helping anyone I would not put my life in their hands. Anod she had no pulse was dead well yeah sitting in the card almost 5 minutes. They knew they screwed up they just wanted to cover up ask me what happened. The receptionist is awful needs to pay attention and have some empathy or go work in a bar with drunks gripping at her her personality is not fit for that job I was ignore she was lazy didnât care.. The nurses are amateur level they would have to be or human life doesnât matter. You donât assume anything when emergency Iâd any you hustle do not walk out like some one waling to their car I bet they do when itâs time to go home faster than they did my mom. Iâm not đŻ sure but my mom mighta had a chance she was alive when I pulled up. Thursday they are going to pull a plug because they didnât listen and thought it was another insulin reaction sheâs a type B as well! Biggest issue started with the most uncaring receptionist, who wasnât paying attention I know they heard ad the horrible crew.. MIAMI OK INTEGRIS GOOD JOB!!!!đĄ Thanks to you guys my mom isnât going to make it already dead canât breath on her own.Stay from this hospital at all cost armatures that do not care!    Read moreIf I could give negative stars, that would be way more than they deserve. On July 30th, 2020, I was transported to Integris, by paramedics after an accidental overdose. From the moment paramedics received the call, I was already labeled a pill popper, that this was a suicide attempt, and to add the cherry on top my concerned husband was an abuser. No where does any of that make sense. I didn't write a note, I was having an ok day, and I visited my husband at lunch. It was an accident! However, I then had all my rights stripped away and was basically a ward of the state. Anyways, as my experience continued it was only assumed what medication I actually took considering, I was unconscious and you cannot test for the medication in my blood. As I began to wake up, I was afraid and had no idea where I was and I awoke to a nurse, Teresa, trying to draw blood. I was startled, confused so I was a bit combative, however instead of a sweet calming voice to reassure me, I was quickly put out with another medication, and was once again heavily sedated. When I finally awoke, I couldn't walk nor speak. However, the hospital did not care they did everything they could to quickly ship me off to a mental ward. Not once did Dr. Stephens ask me what happened, he only asked if my husband abused me! My husband fought for me, when I couldn't and they treated him as an abuser, based on what? I am a female veteran with mental health issues and who better to voice that than my Veteran husband!? My husband PTSD was severely triggered and set him so far back, but he fought to make sure I was cared for properly! I feel as though my husband and I were severely discriminated against and our civil rights were nonexistent. Look at Oklahoma domestic violence statistics and tell me that my husband and I weren't labeled by those numbers? Look at my history of mental health and tell me I wasn't wrongfully labeled as a suicide attempt? Look at my husband's large heart and loving fight that that made him an abuser? Would you not fight to make sure someone you loved was cared for properly? Look at our veterans status and tell me that you cared for me properly? I will be looking for a new medical group to make sure that my family and I our...
Read moreI recently had surgery here and I have to say that overall my experience was very good! I love that I received my paperwork ahead of time via the portal so I could fill it out and when I got to the hospital, it was a breeze for check-in.
My pre-op nurse was delightful and kept me comfortable and warm. I was wheeled into the OR and raised myself up on to the table and remember nothing from that point until they wheeled me into my room.
I had a nice private room and my first nurse I had, Robin, was an absolute gem! She checked on me, took care of me and made sure I was comfortable. I was in such good hands with her! When the night nurses came on, they were kind but their attention was minimum. One nurse didn't cap off my IV and when they said they would be back, they didn't. My room had a god awful light right next to my bed that was so bright, I had to take a blanket and wrap it around my head to block some of it out. I realize it is to help the nurses see at night but it was blinding.
My morning nurse that came in was also very nice but she reeked of perfume. I feel like the hospital needs to have regulations for nurses in a healthcare setting on wearing perfume. I have migraines and they are triggered by scents like that. I had to hold my breath any time she got near me, it was so bad.
Lastly, I am a vegetarian, which I know is odd for the area. I told my check-in nurse at my appointment two days prior and then also when I got to the hospital but it was clear the cafeteria was not equipped to needs of a vegetarian. They did the best they could on short notice with grilled cheese, salads, muffins, and cereal and for that I am grateful.
Overall, my stay was good. I didn't give it five stars for the reasons listed above, but I also would not hesitate to have another surgery here. I am appreciative of the...
