I would have left zero stars as this company lied. They assumed I knew nothing about scanning and then fax/email/print. In order to do that the file is saved on the equipment memory card. I felt when I was there that the clerk could not have scanned my 15 paqe legal doc and sent email in less than 10 seconds. I also thought it odd that she said....of mot received just come back...which to me was knowledge she had not done the job. It was never sent. I asked she checker her sent file....she said she had none...which of course is a lie. I asked her to check printer memory card ( which is must have in order to scan and then fax or email). She lied again...thinking I was not computer literate....saying her machine did not work that way. That is the only way a printer can scan....and then fax or email. I am not from Miami ...but I am very computer literate...I just hate being lied to.....Will NEVER again use Sooner printing....they lie. In my informed experienced opinion.

Subsequently....I had call from clerk.....she said just take your time...your effort...bring back....we will do again....then later...we will refund.....I asked to speak to owner....so he could know clerk had not done job....lied...and then asked me to do more effort to do over....I am corporate professional CPA...I do not do the same thing twice.....that would be stupid....I asked to talk to owner.,...clerk told me that owner said 'take your...

Jenny was trying to be nice, was a little hard for her. Had to send back 2 items and she wasn’t really helpful as far as printing shipping label and refused to scan a QR code just to print it off. I can understand you might not be able to do certain things but the attitude is unnecessary. Her customer service is terrible. Once we did what we had to to get the items shipped she explained how she will box it this time but next time she will charge us. Totally fine if you would have just said something to us we would have boxed it and saved yourself from doing YOUR job. Again. The attitude...

I was going to mail a box (UPS) and went in to get some stuffing that they have usually allowed me to have, as they are going to toss it anyway. They refused. Apparently you have to fill your package and stuff it there in the store and I was not about to do that. I sent it just fine from ACE. So long...I won't be going...
