Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Miami

Called in a carryout order at 10:42pm may 8th 2015 told it would be 20 mins. Pull in at 11:05pm a woman employee (i find out Vicki is her name) sees me pull up to the drive through window eye contact mouths an uses her pointing finger to indicate 1 min I acknowledge this. I watch her go back in forth in the back to behind counter thinking maybe my food is not done. I see her digging in her pockets then I see her putting parmesean cheese on a pizza in a box. Grab the pizza an she leaves no one has came to the window at this time. I honk my horn an no one so I pull around the front an go inside. 3 more employees 2 men an a girl. The girl says one sec comes around I say that's my order she says it's been ready I say oh really so who was the woman that just left her name is Vicki she is a driver well I have been sitting at the window over 15 mins she acknowledged me an you nor her came to see wth I was doing there. Ordered a pizza melt for my mother. It was so hard she couldn’t chew it. It was like they burnt it then we called it on it to ask him if they can make it a little softer they wouldn’t do that either. They said that’s the way it comes yeah the other day we ordered one and it was softer than that And they said it couldn’t have been them. They’re the only ones that make that type of pizza the manager was rude. I feel they need to be shut down if they don’t like their pizza job Domino’s there were always good every time we ordered. My husband and I ate at this location on 2-19-19, during the lunch buffet. We arrived shortly after 12:45 PM. The pizza on the buffet was already cold and hard. The pasta was dry and very unappetizing to look at. That salad bar was delicious and well stocked tho, also the desserts were hot. While there, about 30 minutes no hot pizza was replaced until right before we left, and by that time we had already eaten our fill of cold pizza.
