I can't tell you about other employees, but Nick, the owner, was wonderful to work with! Another appliance repair business had left me in a bad situation, but Nick came to my rescue. They normally don't work on brands that they don't sell but came out to see what might be done. It shortly became obvious that I would need a new refrigerator. Nick was awesome in helping me get a new one. Since I was unable to get to the store, he personally picked me up, took me to the store, made me a terrific deal and then got me home safely.
