This will be my last time ordering from this company and will voice the lack of competence of this company on every social media platform I have. Here is my story dealing with this company... I have spent thousands of dollars here within the last couple of years. However the last couple of times I have received a couple of defected items. Ends of necklaces are not soldered on correctly, scratches on chain, and already tarnishing chains. I get it not every batch is perfect, however do quality checks exist? However, I give them the benefit of the doubt. Recently I have been having issues with them not even sending me the correct items now. I have messaged them back and forth about the products they have sent are WRONG and If I could have the correct ones. I will pay and send them back, whatever it takes to receive the correct product that I paid for. Once they admitted to sending me the wrong charms and said they sent those cause the ones I ordered were out of stock and discontinued. Yet they are still available on the website. They also sent me the wrong pendants, which they then told me they would include the correct ones in my next order (minimum order is $150). After back and forth they finally came to a decision of sending me the right ones. Months later yet again they send me the wrong pendants. However this time customer service completely REFUSES to admit they are wrong. Every time I ask if someone messed up or when I prove that my order isn't correct all I get is a run around the question or basically just send it back. Not even admitting or even sending me the right ones. They claim they are out of stock, yet their website says otherwise. All of that to me was the last of it. The quality isn't horrible...but the lack of knowing how to keep track of inventory, quality checks, packing CORRECT orders, and customer service is not...
Read morePlaced a huge ring order & I was super disappointed at such bad quality products - worse than the worst China garbage. What they delivered was worse than the physical proof they had sent: unpolished sharp edges on rings; little bumps/bubbles all over the bands; uneven plating showing dark spots; there were supposed to be moving parts but the parts were stuck to the band; the gold faded after a few days of wear and this is supposed to be high quality gold filled material! The worse part is when I raised my concerns, the contact, Diego, was very slow to respond and when he responded, he played the blaming game. After a lot of back and forth, he agreed to let me send the bad quality rings back for replacing. It's been 2 months and I still don't know if I'm getting my replacements as there has been no definitive answers, and they stopped responding altogether...
Read moreUpdated review: So my issue was resolved and I was refunded the items that were returned. Just took a lot longer than expected. Almost all the items I kept are great minus one. Maybe about a week or 2 ago, a ring I had purchased began to diminish in brightness and also gave me a greenish discoloration on my finger and since then I have not wore it. But the other items seem fine. I have not received any complaints from my wife, and if so she will let me know.
Original review: I had bought a load of jewelry, since you need $150 worth to even place an order. Several of them were unsatisfactory and one was the wrong item. I sent those specific ones back priority mail and according to tracking it was left with an individual but according to them they have not received anything. It has been about 2 months and still nothing. So I'm in the hole about $70...
