The most humiliating experience I have had in this store. I tried to make an in-app purchase from subways and it gave me an error, my daughter opened her doorDash app and did it in a minute. A few days later I receive a charge to my bank card of the order that had been wrong in the application. I immediately called the store, no one answered, I called for a whole week thinking someone would answer and my car broke down, I couldn't go to the store. my husband told me that he would pass, he did it twice and nothing was solved (he has to come and talk to the supervisor). On the subway website they never responded, I sent like 10 and nothing. Today we were finally able to talk to the supervisor and he told me that she would send all the information to her general manager (owner I think). She call with an attitude and humiliating from the beginning. From the start she refused to pay and told me that everyone was responsible except them. There has to be more people that you could find to work at this place but all the people that have been coming to this city that need jobs. I said it again, in Spanish and she looked so mad at me for no apparent reason. She had AirPods on which I find is extremely unprofessional, she also had an attitude for EVERYTHING.
