i went with so many feelings, and i left empowered and liberated. the people who attended me and my brother were very sweet, nice, and super understanding. they gave us a jumpsuit and visor to protect us from debris and glass shards. they also asked us what type of music we wanted to listen to during our rage and offered us water at the end. i truly recommend this for people who just need a break from being confined. its great to release your emotions, and this is a perfectly healthy way to let loose and feel your emotions. they offer paint splatter sessions and (i believe) group therapy sessions. they also have membership plans if youre interested in those. you can donate any old furniture or things you dont use (such as plates, bottles, bowls, cups, glasses, electronics, etc.) and people can break them during their rage sessions. truly wonderful, i absolutely...

The painting room is lots of fun, you’ll have spray cans, paint brushes, paint bottles, and a canvas to paint on as well.

You get to relieve your stress and have fun doing at the same time. It was such a blast to be able to break items using a sledgehammer, crowbar, even a wrench!

Break all kinds of things, from a computer printer, a dvd player, a monitor, glass plates and glass cups/bottles. You get to break it all. Slam it on the floor, toss it in the air and use a baseball bat to hit a home run with it, throw it against a wooden table..

Talk about an experience. This was my first time ever trying out a break room and honestly, it’s one of the most fun and therapeutic things I’ve ever done. I brought my significant other with me and it was mainly as a birthday gift to her, she went all out (typical Aries). The owner is the sweetest and most accommodating person ever, mama bear if you’re reading this, we took that one red plate home and now it lives with us safe from being shattered!

Seriously though, 10/10 for this place. It smells great, easy to park, prices are SUPER reasonable, and best of all you’re supporting a local business.
