Ordered online like I always do a couple times a month on other Pizza Hut’s. After and hour of waiting and no update I call and they tell me they cancelled the order because they called three times to confirm the order and no one answered. My phone had not rang at all. So I decide to place the order again, this time right there on the phone and this time I give another phone number just in case there were issues with the first number used. After another hour of waiting I call again to inquiere about the status of the order and they tell me the order was cancelled because they had tried to call three times and nobody answered. The phone did not ring at all in that time. I ask why are they calling back to confirm order and she said they always do, I’ve never come across that before in any other Pizza Hut. She asks if I want to place the order again (for a third time), afraid the same thing would happen again I said no. To make sure my phones were receiving calls I called both numbers used for the orders from a third phone and both rang, so I don’t believe that of them calling three times. First order was placed at 5:55 pm and me and my family ended eating at 9:20pm because of this Pizza Hut cancelling orders without any good reason and without giving any notice. Why would they call to confirm order right after they just heard me talk is something I hope I can understand sometime when I grow older. Since I never tasted the food I can’t comment on that but as for service it was terrible and yet made it worse not getting even...

Ismarelda who claims to be the manager hangs up on clients after calling my phone number three times and not letting it ring more than once so that she can cancel the order. Then magically I get the order in and so “we’ll educated” deliver boy or should I say man can speak a word of English and won’t deliver my pizza to the hospital room where Esmeralda said they could deliver too. This is now two orders that I have put in and have lost money on and was told I would receive the money back on my card within two business days and if things work as well as the two idiots I spoke with I can guarantee that I will be out more than 50 dollars while I sit here and starve. Train your workers properly to one be courteous two to be competent but most importantly speak English. This is America and if you can’t speak to the customer then you can’t do your job at all. I have been here twice and those two times, I’ve had had the worst experience with them First experience was ordering online and having to wait almost 2 and a half hour for a pizza 😂 unbelievable, doesn’t take that long to make a pizza. Second experience, arrived at 7:30 just to wait again more than 1 hour for a pizza 😂 when I asked what’s taking them so long (because I noticed to my attention people who arrived after me to order, have received their pizza) they had responded with that one of the pizza, they have done it so wrong, that it came out wrong and the second pizza was misplaced and they didn’t know where it went 😂 😂 all I can do is laugh on how badly this Pizza Hut location is.
