Why is the office only open Mon-Friday???? They used to be open on Saturdays as well which was convienet for peope who work! Also, they never answer the phone!!!!! And when they do, they hire people for the front desk that dont know anything and the new manager basically doesnt want to meet with you unless she has to. If your AC stops working during the weekend good luck! You better find a hotel or somewhere else to stay because the on call maintenence staff doesnt consider that to be an emergency and they wont come until Monday. Its tough to find parking on the street. There used to be more guest parking spaces available but now they say "reserved" so if you have someone coming to visit you its best for them to come in an uber. The parking garage is narrow and people drive crazy they speed and drive on the opposite side almost crashing into any on coming vehicle. In addition to that, people also block the handicapp access/ entrance to the building and no one seems to care. People don't clean up after their pets either. There are plenty of times that you'll walk right into a puddle of urine in the elevator when you come home. The cleaning crew is great but there are so many pigs that live in this building that all of their hard work just goes down the drain. The elevators are always giving problems as well. Get ready for the loud fire alarm to go off at random. We've gotten so used to it that if a real fire were to happen one day no one would notice because it just...

It was 5 stars till Betty gone...it was a clean, organized, quiet and familiar building, rules were made to obey at her administration! Now they allow sounds(a variety of it), all at the same time at the pool, sometimes there are two or three different sounds and I can't open my balcony door, because all this sounds are like inside my apartment, the excuse is because the ECO that occur between the building, so there's a reason to be prohibited before. Now the new Tenants open their balcony doors to play a loud sound, till late in the night. The package room is a mess, try to find your package there, you have to check package by package to find yours and we haven't anybody that can fix it or at least supervise it to be in order. Cars stopping at the entrance of the garage, blocking the entrance of the Tenants and nobody ask them to leave and allow us to enter, you have to wait their desire or turn the cars that are blocking it and again we don't have a person to put order on this and in anything else. I was happy with this apartment before, now I want to move as soon as my contract finish, as it didn't seems somebody will take care of this building and leave it amazing again! There's no control and respect here! Sorry for the owner for changing the stars, but I haven't a reason to say something...

When I moved to a different part of the city, I stayed with United Property Management because of the 5 star on-site management, security and maintenance at Brickell West, a sister property (thanks Iris). My experience here has been consistent. Anytime I’ve needed anything it has been handled as a top priority (thanks Gio). I’ve never had a safety concern and order is kept (thanks Jose and 24 hr security team). Staff speaks to me and I feel everyone has my best interest at heart. Maintenance requests are handled within 24 hours, most often same day. The maintenance team is super friendly, fast and professional. I work from home and they are always respectful. Pest control stays on top of the pests monthly and on request. 5+ stars to staff.

The 4 star rating is for a few factors out of their control. The neighborhood is not ideal for dog walking, but a few blocks away is a really nice park-Ronald Regan Park. Also the parking is VERY limited. The location is great in terms of access to every part of the city, 2 blocks from HWY 826. Centrally located to everything, public transportation right up the street.
