Hot garbage, ordered two days in a row got cancelled with no explanation causing me to waste a ton of time. If you don’t have the items listed on the DoorDash why even put it up. Not only that but why does it take 15min+ to cancel the order if you don’t have it? Won’t be ordering from here again I don’t have time to be wasting. Edit: I initially left a negative review for this establishment due to my frustrating experiences with order cancellations on DoorDash. On two separate occasions, my orders were abruptly canceled with no explanation, causing me to waste a significant amount of time. If the items are not available, they should not be listed on DoorDash. Moreover, it is baffling why it takes over 15 minutes to cancel an order if the items are out of stock. This inefficiency is unacceptable, and I resolved not to order from here again as I cannot afford to waste my time. Despite my previous experiences, I decided to give this restaurant one final chance today. I hoped that I could update my review to a positive one since I genuinely dislike leaving negative feedback. Unfortunately, this latest experience has only solidified my disappointment and frustration. Today, I placed an order through DoorDash, hoping for a smooth and satisfactory experience. Instead, I received a call from a worker who, astonishingly, asked me to cancel the order myself through the DoorDash app because they were out of food. I explained that canceling the order myself would result in losing my money, as DoorDash does not refund orders canceled by the user. Despite my clear and reasonable explanation, the worker disregarded my concerns and told me, in no uncertain terms, that I was out of luck and needed to cancel the order myself. This interaction was not only unprofessional but also incredibly disrespectful. As a customer, I expect transparency and accountability from any business I patronize. The complete lack of regard for my time and money is unacceptable. It is the responsibility of the restaurant to manage their inventory and update their listings on delivery platforms accurately. Furthermore, asking a customer to cancel their own order, knowing it would result in a financial loss, is both unethical and unprofessional. In conclusion, this experience has confirmed my initial assessment of this establishment. The repeated order cancellations, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior of the staff have left me with no choice but to reiterate my dissatisfaction. I urge potential customers to consider these issues before ordering from this restaurant. I sincerely hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to their operations and customer service. Until then, I cannot in good conscience recommend this restaurant. My time and money are valuable, and I expect a certain level of professionalism and reliability when ordering food. Sadly, this establishment has failed to meet even the most basic standards.

Got back from the cruise and the Uber driver suggested us to go to El Palacio de los Jugos. We said okand he drove us here with all our bags since our Airbnb wasn't ready, so we had time to kill. We entered the area they were preparing the food so they were getting ready. This place had a lot of people coming and ordering food to go or to dine in. The place is like A la carte there are many items you can pick. Some items are priced differently and some items are weighed like the ox tails. Make sure you ask and they will tell you. -Food - the food are displayed buffet tray heaters and so much to choose from. I ordered a quarter chicken, ropa vieja, ox tail, empanada, rice with pork chucks, and guava pastry 4/5 -Quarter Chicken: awesome flavor the chicken was tender and tasty 4.1/5 - Ropa Vieja: great stewed beef very flavourful 4/5 - ox tail: pricey but very tasty and tender 4.3/5 - Rice with Pork chucks: great rice with pork just awesome 4/5 - Empanadas chicken and beef: the empanada were tasty 4/5 - Guava Pastry: tasty flaky and yummy the guava filling was very tasty 4.5/5 - Mamey juice: it was okay 3/5 - Atmosphere: it is not cozy just not really good atmosphere. I wouldn't want to stay around after you eat and I would just get the food to go. 2/5 - Service: The service is okay not the best especially if you never been there. You pull the ticket to get called so you can order. I had to ask how much the were some of the items don't have a price. 3/5 Would I go back to this location: yes

Walking into El Palacio de los Jugos was an immediate immersion into a vibrant, bustling world of incredible aromas and lively energy. The atmosphere truly buzzes with excitement, and it’s clear this isn't just a restaurant, but a cultural experience. The sheer variety of food on display is astounding; it genuinely took me a good 5 to 10 minutes just to navigate through the friendly crowd and take it all in. Everything looked incredibly fresh and utterly delicious, making it wonderfully difficult to choose! I opted for one of their authentic Latin dishes, and the portion was incredibly generous. The oxtail was a standout – perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. And the pineapple juice? Absolutely divine. It’s clear why people keep coming back for it; I certainly couldn’t get enough! While the place can get a bit chaotic with numbers being called and the general lively noise, it only adds to the authentic charm. The staff, despite the busy environment and occasional language barrier (lots of friendly pointing happened!), were genuinely helpful and pleasant. It felt like a true taste of Miami, offering not just great food but genuine hospitality. I'll definitely be making this a regular stop!

Service was the worst, even by Miami/Hialeah standards it was trash. I have been coming to this location since I can remember. This place saw me with both my parents and then one and then with my child. On day out and about or when I just needed some comfort food this was my spot. I moved out of dade 2 years ago and really didn’t make too many trips down south. Today I drove all the way from Pembroke Pines to this location (it has the best tasting food out of all the palacios) because I was reminiscing about how great it was with her. AFTER TWO YEARS I go inside and there’s chaos as usual. I stand in line and after standing there for a fat minute like an idiot some lady behind me goes in front of me because she has a ticket. Mind you I believe this is a great system. The problem? No one told me I needed a ticket. Mind you, before this I had asked one of the girls if there was rabo encendido, she saw I was patiently waiting, never told me anything about grabbing a ticket. Alright fine I’ll take accountability for not asking if this place was now organized. When I finally get to put in my order I tell this girl who is thinner than my pinky I want two completas. She asks me” big or small?”. At this point Im confused because before there was only ever the 1 pound completa. So I ask what’s the difference. What does this one woman tell me? One has less food than the other. It took every fiber of my being to not give her the slickest response in my mind. Does give me price difference? No. Does she tell the difference in weight or show me the different containers? No. Despite her attitude I continue. She gives me only one order and then asks if I want another. My friend I told you from the start I wanted two and that one would be lechón and the other vaca frita. Once more it took every ounce within my being to not ask her “who’s the dumb one now?”. Over the years I’ve taken partners, friends and coworkers. Even while living in northern broward I would rave about this one particular location. I hope no one ever mentions el palacio de los jugos to me because I’ll make sure to let them just what trash customer service they have. If I really want Cuban food I can just make it at home instead of wasting gas and money on a place that’s also going to treat me like a piece of trash. I work in retail, specifically sales, and have to put up with the craziest scenarios you can imagine and still have to treat the customers with respect and...

New to Miami and was told to go to one of these! I was pretty excited to try it. We went about a week ago. I give a 2 instead of a 1 because I didn't actually get to try it! And I try to be fair so who knows if the food is actually good. But if you're like me and care about service, this review is for you: My SO, daughter and I went in. They have chicharrones the way we like them! (All of this encounter was in Spanish): My SO ordered some and the lady kept repeating the total (like $3?) As she bagged it. We looked at eachother confused because 1. We weren't done and she seemed to impatiently want to collect payment 2. There was no terminal or cashier near her so we actually started worrying if it was cash only. When we asked her if they accepted CC she rudely told us yes with no further explanation about their setup. Anyway so my daughter was trying to pick something for herself and they had moro and ribs (funny combo but still lol), which she loves! We started ordering a plate of ribs and we were discussing amongst eachother while the lady was cutting them up. I told my SO to ask her to please add the moro on the side if they could, if not we'll get a whole serving, and when he did, this lady slammed our to go plate down and rudely said something to the effect of "do you want this or not?" My husband looked at her and responded "Do you have a problem?" And tbh at this point we were just so exhausted with the attitude and shocked by her we decided to leave. There was maybe one other person in there and like 3 other employees so no it wasn't busy and no we weren't holding up a line. But just an FYI for this place: not everyone is going to immediately understand your setup! I get it, we're a Mexican-American and Dominican-American in a Cuban establishment and you can tell by our accents but sheesh, learn the slightest bit of customer service or maybe just a tiny bit...
