We had such a great experience at this party store! 🎉 They have an amazing variety of balloons and decorations that made it super easy to find everything we needed. The girl who helped us, Odalys, was absolutely wonderful—she took such good care of us, was super friendly, and made sure everything came out perfect. Thanks to her, the whole process was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, especially if Odalys is the one...

El servicio al cliente de estas mujeres es fatal. Hablándome en tercera persona con la otra empleada, mientras yo estoy ahí parada esperando que me atiendan y resuelvan mi problema. Hoy visite este espacio dos veces en la mañana para comprar unos globos. Pedí que me los inflaran y regreso ahora en la tarde a recogerlos para mi fiesta. El globo explota y ella es una grosera que en vez de resolverle al cliente porque no le cuesta nada, me dice que no hay nada que ella puede hacer porque eso estuvo dos horas ahí inflado. Se supone que es para una FIESTA es decir deberia de durar mas de 2 horas! Estan vendiendo globos de mala calidad. Son una vivas! Uno apoya en los negocios locales, decido ir a gastar mi dinero, y estas mujeres son unas groseras que no saben absolutamente nada de servicio al cliente, y tampoco tienen sentido de urgencia. La mujer que manda es una grosera hablando en tercera persona, cuando yo estoy parada ahí enfrente de ella. Mal educadas. Qué ganas de arruinar una fiesta, así no tienen...
