I don't know if all Kroger's are this bad. The incompetence has gotten to be more than I'm willing to continue to endure. Everyone has different rules on rainchecks. I think I was just accused of writing a raincheck because it didn't have a store stamp and said store #722. The guy asked me where store 722 is. Am I supposed to know this? In order to get a raincheck correct, do I need to go through training to make sure they're done properly? Needless to say, he refused to take my raincheck. I'm happy to pay much more money in order to have a pleasant experience. Dorothy Lane Market gives me a pleasant experience every time, and they train their employees. They know how to properly bag groceries and do math. I had a great experience at Dorothy Lane Market when I left Kroger today. They got my money instead and will continue to get my business. I placed an order the previous day and paid in full for the order the previous day; however, when the order was delivered the following day, not only did I have items that were unavailable, but still charged for, I was also charged extra for things that they claimed were not on sale at the day of delivery.
