I do doordash to make money so time is very important to me, time is money. This Taco Bell makes me lose money every single time I’ve come to the store. Specifically there’s a brunette girl with glasses that works late nights and is very rude. I came into the store 2 days ago and they were surprised because they thought the doors were locked. I told them I had a doordash, told them the names and they said “Okay but you need to go through the drive thru.” Me having worked in food service before, I understood because they were a little busy so I went through the drive thru. I wish I would’ve just canceled the order because I had to wait over 30 MINUTES for them to tell me doordash wasn’t working working when they could’ve told me when I was in the store. That brunette girl said “Our doordash system isn’t working, we don’t have your order. We’re out of nacho cheese so we can’t make the order anyways” If your doordash isn’t working , how do you know that nacho cheese was on the order? Lied right to my face because they didn’t want to make a couple burritos. That incident happened March 17th around 12:00-12:40 am. Last night March 18th I got an order for that same Taco Bell around 3:00 a.m. and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes. When we got to the speaker that same brunette girl got on the speaker and said in the most sassiest voice I’ve ever heard in my life “Yeah we actually don’t accept doordash orders 20 minutes before close, sorry.” Well okay that’s understandable but the drive thru isn’t wide enough for me to drive around the car in front of me that’s taking a while. Finally I get to the order window and a very kind gentleman opens the door, I expressed to him the issues we were having and he actually said that they don’t accept orders 15 minutes before close, vs the brunette chick who said 20 minutes. Read moreI went into the store this evening and there were two gentemen waiting for their food along with a lady and some kids. I was waiting for someone to come out and take my order. They just kept telling me to hold on hold on and in the meantime they were pumping out orders for the drive thru ONLY. The elderly man said he had been waiting for 15 minutes for just one of their new fries. The gentlemen at the table said he only ordered two items and there was only 3 cars in the drive thru. The gentlemen that was hard of hearing raised his voice and demanded his money back. The Manager , Joe came up and told him he better keep his mouth closed or he wouldn't even get his money back. So the gentlemen said he deserved better service. JOE THE MANAGER told him if he did not like his service at this store to take his money and go some place else. He said well this young lady...didn't even finish and the manager told me I could take my money and leave too. He than asked the other patrons if they wanted their money back as he was busy and didn't have time for this. He started to walk away and I said excuse me but I have not had my order...he turned around and said he was really busy and he did not have time for this. No...I had not ordered ANYTHING yet. I went to the one in West Carrollton and she was sooooo helpful and I will now have to drive 4 miles out of my way to get some excellent service and tasty food that people make without wiping their forehead with their rubber...

Order accuracy is now great, but they have a speed issue for dine-in. I've been in food service for nearly my entire working career, so I can tell that they have just had a staffing issue for a while now. When it comes to fast food, having enough staff is nearly impossible. That being said, these people have been unnecessarily abused. They get some dine in orders, get a few DoorDashes, and have a steady flow through the drive through. There's quite a few people who refuse to use the self ordering system, and refuse to let the people working that they're waiting. They just stand there until someone is able to be free long enough to look up front, then the customer gets rude about it. The employees always stay calm and take it well. As for food and the state of the store: It stays pretty clean when I'm in there. Speed is at an acceptable level, and my food has been accurate for a bit now. My review update has been needed for a few months now.
Previous review: My household has called in to this store so many times about incorrect order. I haven't had my #1 regular order served correctly to me three times in a row now. It's to the point we don't even bother going back or calling in to let them know they've made the order wrong. I know places are struggling for people, but they had staff tonight.
