Kroger Deli — Restaurant in Miamisburg

I Like this store but I'm always worried about my car being there I have had one car totaled in that parking lot my insurance had to cover it 8 weeks ago one of Kroger shopping carts come flying down the 15 degree sloop hit my car did 800 bucks damage they are not responsible for the damage because the wind was blowing 10 miles an hour but the incline of the parking lot had nothing to do with if I claim it on my insurance I loose my good driver discounts so I'm not happy with that storeI would suggest find anther store with a...
