Starbucks — Restaurant in Miamisburg

Employees did not greet us and when did take our order was not friendly. After our order was taken two employees talked about when and if to take the trash out. A Kroger employee walked up and they talked with that employee and made her drink and gave it to her and then said their good byes and then decided to make our drinks. Another customer came up and had to wait to be waited on and they had to wait until the employees were finished with their conversation before making that customer drink. And we were still waiting for ours as well. Will not be visiting this Starbucks again. Customer service is nil. I rate this...

We shop at this Kroger regularly and often grab a coffee on Friday evenings. The teens working have always been unfriendly but tonight 5/3/24 the two boys working were just unprofessional. I had no idea they closed at 8pm so when I went up to order there was no hello or greeting, one of them walked away immediately and left the coffee area and the other immediately said “your options are limited because we close in three minutes”. I didn’t order anything. I think that some retraining in customer service would be appropriate here. They evidently wanted to just stand there and talk...
