Burger King — Restaurant in Miamisburg

This is based off today's experience. Normally I would give this location a 4 to 5 star, but today, they were out of ice because their ice machine was broke. That in itself is understandable, however, there were several things which were not understandable. There was no signs posted about the ice machine being broken and the front counter girl was rude when she replied it was broke when asked. Also, the dining room was completely trashed. There were no napkins in the napkin holder, nor did they offer napkins. Several of the tables were dirty, and there were about 50 trays stacked up on the trash bin. The mess would be understandable IF they were busy and having a rush of customers, however, this was not the case. The drive through was having minimal customers and I was the only customer at the counter when I arrived. The manager was assisting running the drive thru. He looked like a slob that had not showered in days. He seemed very unprofessional. He showed he was very unprofessional in that the dining room was as messy as it was and he failed to tell any of the staff to go clean it. I have never seen this store such a disaster. Update 06-27-23 I've ordered a few more times since may 19, and they've gotten the order correct every time since then. Fries are nice and fresh, and burger is made correct and plenty of bacon. Keep this current lineup, and keep killing it.

Update 5-19-23 They nailed it this time. 5:30PM on a Friday, got through fast, perfect accuracy, and Rose was friendly at the window. Food was also very fresh, fries were nice and crispy. Burger had exactly what I was expecting on it - plenty of meat and cheese and no mayo. I'm giving another star back.

Real hit or miss on getting the order right. I got used to ordering my usual on certain days, and I could tell it would be right by who was at the window. Seems like a newish crew today, ordered my usual bacon king with no mayo and a large fry. Got a single meat patty with the bacon, no cheese...$10 is a little steep for that Otherwise, I usually end up with plenty of mayo on the burger or the fry is missed. The usual crew I would end up seeing was on Tue or Thu at about 6PM. They would nail the order frequently recently. I can't be asked to return or even call in. Imma just eat my meal and wait a while before...

This place is so welly built that it cannot possibly posses employees that are competent to cook good, non-contaminated food...I WAS WRONG Not the first time getting sick from eating fast food especially from BK and this one was exactly two times. I'm tired of getting sick at Burger King I am tired of everyone having a problem with the food that is provided it is absolutely ridiculous each one that not only someone has to wait a long time for fast food and get it wrong it's another thing that I get sick from it even after it's corrected after it's wrong so no more I'm here to say five stars for horrible service, five stars standing for the worst( one-star standing for the worst )because you're the worst.
