I used to love this pharmacy but now consider it an absolute mess. My daughter is 8 months old and requires a compound that is made overnight for her reflux. In the 7 months she has been on it they have not made it on time. I get a notice that it’s delayed due to insurance and call to have someone tell me it’s not and they will make it the next night last month I put it in several days early so that they will make it like I always do. I got the notice that it was delayed due to insurance 2 days after I submitted it. I called and was told no insurance problem they just hadn’t gotten around to making it... in 4 days! I explained that she was out and desperately needed it. I explained she’s only 8 months old and she was crying in the background. I told them she had already started vomiting bc she was out and asked if they could make it. I very politely explained this had been an ongoing problem and asked them to come lease make it so she isn’t I’ll. I was told when they get around to it they’ll make it! Again with her crying in the background. I still didn’t get it till the next day. 5 days later!! This past Saturday I sent in my migraine medicine refill and was shocked when they had it ready in just a couple hours! I picked it up but did not need it till today. I looked at the bottle and it’s the right medicine but a completely different persons label. This label gives me her address and the medicine this lady is taking! I just thank god I let was the correct medicine bc I took the pill before looking due to a terrible migraine and it being a typical medicine I take! Now I have to wonder who got my label with my personal information on it!! We will...

It was time for a prescription to be refilled. I called. Had it refilled told me it would be ready in 90 minutes so I go to pick it up after waiting 25 minutes in line without even being acknowledged through the car line. Then come back to tell me that it's too early and that I cannot have it. I got to wait till tomorrow. Well that is a total lie. It was going through my insurance and they should have gave me my medication so therefore I went to the other Walgreens and I asked for my medication refill and I got it with no problem This pharmacist this pharmacy is horrible and very very judgmental about people's medications that they are on. They are judging their patients and their customers i spoke with the store manager and he acknowledged it. I asked him why I can't have it filled if it's going through on my insurance they had no answer for me. All it was was at the pharmacist said it was 2 days and it's 3 days. I can pick it up early because it's in 28 day prescription so end of story I would not use this pharmacy for nothing. I went right to the other Walgreens and picked my anxiety medication up like I was supposed to. This is horrible and sad and I hope nobody else has to go through it . So I went back and I spoke with the store manager and let him know that I just picked my prescription up from another store after your pharmacist denied...

Absolute nightmare experience with this pharmacy. Experienced multiple instances of being alerted meds were ready for pickup, only for them to suddenly be out of stock when arriving to pickup. Made a habit of calling and talking with an actual person to confirm before making the drive; they just started lying over the phone.

I was told by a rep, over the phone, my essential was medication in-hand, ready for pickup, that moment. I confirmed several times. By the time I arrived 30 minutes later, it was not ready. My prescription wasn’t even in their system. “Oh wait, there it is.” My prescription had never even been ordered. They didn’t have my meds, they didn’t even have a DATE of when they MIGHT have it available. When I told them this was essential medication that I had been told not to miss a single dose on, I was told “Tough shit, figure it out with your doctor. Bye.” At 8:45 PM. After repeatedly assuring me I wouldn’t need to get my meds elsewhere.

These techs are dangerously negligent. If you actually NEED your medication, go ANYWHERE else. You cannot depend on...
