This is probably the worst CVS ever. The people that work in the pharmacy do not speak in sentences to you. I came here to request a script be transferred from a CVS in NJ because I was visiting the area. The lady behind the counter said âOver there.â I was like, âHuh?â She said again, âOver there.â Well, there are 3 other windows and no one was at any of those windows so which window do you want me to go to? And she never responded. She just ignored me. Another customer also was just standing around in the same predicament as me turned around and said, âYou must not be from here. This place is like this.â When I did finally get my script, I had 2 other pharmacy related items to purchase at the same time. However, the lady at the pharmacy counter refused to ring them up and said those items needed to be purchased from the front counter. Iâve never had that happen at a CVS before in my life. If Iâm getting a script and Iâm buying eye drops and band-aids at the same time which are pharmacy related items I usually purchase them all together. NOT here at this CVS. Here you need to stand in line 2 times. Once at the pharmacy and once in front. Itâs not even because they were busy because they werenât. That about sums it up. No wonder they are closing CVS stores. I hope they go out of business. Because it doesnât take any more effort to be nice to customers than it does to be obnoxious. The lady behind the register at the pharmacy should brush up on her customer service skills because with so many stores closing she may be interviewing somewhere else real soon. Avoid this CVS if you can. In fact avoid CVS all together if at...
Read moreThe pharmacy is ridiculously rude. My prescription was sent in on March 6th. They communicate via text that there is a delay, nothing else. It's a once-a-week dose and I will be due tomorrow. I called the pharmacy to ask if by chance they could get the medication by tomorrow as the request was put in several weeks earlier, with the understanding that this medication is sometimes on backorder. The woman who answered the phone did not give me her name and was clearly irritated that I called. She very abruptly asked me my name and date of birth. She simply stated that, "we don't have it". I told her that I am due tomorrow, and did she know when they might be getting it in. She said in a very rude tone; "no, we will just have to wait and see". Is that how CVS views the need for medications? I am a nurse, and this is completely unacceptable when dealing with patient's medications. The culture in this pharmacy is toxic. I'd like to say this is the first negative encounter that I've had with a CVS, but it is not. When I moved, I chose them because they are closer to my home. When your commercial comes on about how consumer centric you are, I laugh! I went right down the street to the Rite Aid and immediately felt the difference in customer service. I will never walk into a CVS again and will make sure I recommend to people that they...
Read moreI Must start by stating that I almost Never post Negative Comments; however, as a "Long Time Loyal CVS Customer" who goes to CVS Weekly for most of my Personal and Business purchases...and who Always looks for CVS locations when I am away from my home state, (of N.J), before considering any other retailer...I am still reeling from the EXTREME OFFENSE and DISAPPOINTMENT experienced, (for the first time EVER), while visiting the CVS PharmacyŽ located at [239 Fox Run Lane, East Stroudsburg, PA], yesterday/Sunday, 21July2024, between ~5:00pm-5:15pm EST.
I am Very understanding of many things...(staff shortages, peak times, rude customers, personal hardships, etc.); however, to not acknowledge a Customer and/or apologize for such issues is disappointing and DOES NOT REPRESENT CVS Health's mission statement: "(To help people with their health whenever and wherever they need it, and to do so with heart)". The Shift Supervisor or Manager that was in the office and the Associate that was in the last isle stocking the the shelves BOTH FELL SHORT OF the CVS MISSION during my...
