Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in Middle Smithfield Township

I recently had an experience at Tractor Supply that truly exceeded my expectations. During a heavy rainstorm, our trailer got a flat tire, and we were fortunate enough to make it to the Tractor Supply parking lot. Though we had a spare tire, we didn’t have the tools to change it. This is where Emmanuel, one of your incredible employees, came to our rescue.

Emmanuel went above and beyond to assist us. Not only did he provide the necessary tools to change the tire, but he also personally helped us swap it out in the pouring rain. His dedication and willingness to help were nothing short of extraordinary. What a fantastic person and employee!

Tractor Supply should be extremely proud to have Emmanuel as part of their staff. He sets an excellent example for others and made a difficult situation much easier for us. Thank you, Tractor Supply, for hiring such a dedicated and customer-focused employee.

Went to the vet clinic at TS. Unfortunately a very poor experience. TS employees think that vet customers are taken in the order they arrive, and advise you to get on line early. But vet personnel actually serve customers in the order they registered on line. This leads to a lot of confusion as people in the back of the line may be served first, and people in front are told to leave the vet area and wait for a text before returning. People like me who were not aware of the pre-registration requirement went from first or second in line to twenty something. Although it seems everyone is expected to be there at 4:00, since there is no way to know when your turn will come up, even if you are pre-registered. When my turn finally came, registration took about one minute. Something that could easily have been done without shunting me to the back...

They finally opened today Saturday May 13, 2023. I had gone the day before and they informed me there was electric issues or something like that. Anyway I really liked the entire store I've never been to one of these. I was interested in possibly getting chickens, but I was told since they opened later in the year they won't have them. But they have feed for chickens and other livestock. I ended up getting a squirrel and bird feeder and they have corn 🌽 cobs for the squirrels to put on the feeder. Everyone was really nice and helpful. I'll be back to get more things...
