Phillip needs more job and a proper etiquette training.
He does not know how to process returns or warrantyâs as Ive witnessed. I walked in yesterday because I never got my refund after three weeks of retuning An item that I had to walk out on because Phillip started yelling at me, blaming âitâs the Lenox system we use it takes for ever to show the return but itâs done!â I caught him yelling at another man accusing him of already receiving a warranty.
I stepped in and told him I have the same issue, he told me the system already processed my refund 3 weeks ago and it didnât.
After I spoke up as well he went to get holly from the back, and holly just came out accusing the man of bringing back brakes different brakes from another car and exchanging them before speaking to the guy or even checking the computer. After she checked the computer she notice the warranty was actually still there and Phillip just didnât know what he was doing.

I went to this store and asked one of theattendants for help closing my hood. A kind gentlemen behind one of the service desks came out and tried to shut my hood. Although he could not fix it he gave me some sound advice about taking back roads and to go slow so that the hood would not snap back and destroy my windshield. It's not the job of most stores to aid helpless females these days, but I was amazed that this store took the time to help me.
