Eating area is clean, sauces are filled but service is very slow. Check your order to make sure it is correct because I personally have something missing every time. This visit was a very stressful one. I visited the drivethu to place my order with my daughter and waited a very long time to place the order and then the wait to get the order was even longer. Shortly after getting my order and leaving I decided to pull over and check only to realize that 1/4 of it was missing and the tacos weren't wrapped right. The filling was all over the box! So I went back and walked inside where the young woman who was trying her best to help came up to me and handed me the rest of the food that now everything was ice cold. I showed her and she nicely asked if I wanted a refund or the food redone. My family is home starving at this point so I agreed to remaking the order. The second order came out after a long wait and this time 1/4 of the tacos were missing! At this point I am getting really annoyed. The young lady askes me to wait and the manager would come speak with me so I waited...he never came! Finally someone walks in who is the night shift manager who had no idea of what was going on and I filled her in and she was very understanding of my frustration especially when she found out all this had taken over 1 1/2 hours and she personally redid the order and refunded my money. Read moreWent on a Thursday afternoon, about 3:30pm. There was anywhere from 8 to 10 cars in the parking lot. No one in line the drive thru. For some reason it still took 5 minutes for the employee to take my order. We went around the building and saw 3 cars in front of us waiting to pay and get their food. It took 5 to 10 minutes per car. When it was finally our turn I could see inside amd I saw why. There was only two employees working, and they were doing their best in the circumstances. Apologising for each customer both inside the dining area and the drive through. After I paid it took 11 minutes to receive my food. During this time I witnessed a third employee, apparently a manager by the uniform amd large key ring, exit the building. Smoke a cigarette and then leave. I'm sorry but if you are short staffed you do not leave if you are a manager or a supervisor. You are responsible for the stores performance. Terrible leadership. Read moreThis is the worst Taco Bell I have ever gone too. Every time I come here my order is always made wrong. The last time I came here I had to go inside of the store twice for one order. Employees always forget basic things like giving forks, sauces, and or napkins. It seems to me like they are always out of a particular sauce that you want. I actually spoke to the manager here and she said that Taco Bell was going to restructure their particular chain. However, I do not see them implementing anything before they’re able to initiate that restructuring. Truthfully, if they were not the only taco place in our general area I would not be coming here, and if they did make my orders right I would be coming here more often. It is a real hassle to have to have takeout and go back in line if there’s other cars in front of you, or have to go inside to the store and then I have to wait for someone to help you.
