Arrived at 3 pm on a Saturday to look at dining room furniture. The store was totally empty, and the lights upstairs were turned off, giving it an eerie feel. The display selection was really small. The saleswoman that helped us showed us catalogs that we could order from, but if I’m just ordering from a catalog and there are no discounts or perks for buying in store, why did I drive there in the first place? Read moreI would give them 0 stars if possible... horrible experience. Item showed up with an issue that couldn't be fixed. Tried to get it fixed which took several weeks. When it couldn't be fixed they ordered another which had the exact same issue. After several months still no replacement and their giving me an attitude. Very unpleasant people to deal with... I guess somehow the crappy furniture that they can't seem to fix or replace is my problem. They place zero value on customer experience....
