I tried on 4 items this past Sunday. I brought the 2 “no’s”to the young Fitting Room attendant and was off to pay for my 2 “yes’s” when a very rough/older Employee rolled up with a cart and told me...”you need to hang up the things you don’t want”...say WHAT? disclaimer: I work in Retail and hang up customers “no’s” ALL DAY LONG because IT IS PART OF THE JOB Maybe I expect too much? Or maybe I just expect simple Customer Service from a girl whose only other responsibility at that moment is to sit, hand out plastic numbers and watch the clock. I looked at the older employee with what most likely was an “am I being Punk’d” face and she said sarcastically, “I guess not.” You got that right, Dollface. Off I went to the register hearing the two of them complaining loudly about about “lazy customers”. I get it. I know it’s tough to find good people to work for you...but these two do your company a disservice and you’re paying them for Customer Service. Read moreCame here to buy toys for the kids and found a wide variety of the standard LOL Surprise eggs and Barbie stuff to Avengers and GooJitSu, but also found a very good selection of science experiments and kits. Ended up buying a great kinetic sand toy and some plaster models that get painted. I perused through the men's section and there was a decent selection of stuff, but nothing over the top. Remember when these stores had those dress shirts wrapped in plastic sections? You could find Polo Ralph Lauren shirts for a fraction of the cost. We had to wait maybe 2 or 3 customers to get checked out, and they have ample staff to make sure the process is quick. There is enough time, however, especially with small children, that eventually they will spot something in the waiting maze that they want, and you'll have to decide if it's worth the argument or not. I have to say that this store in particular caters to the people when you walk in the door so I needed a black button down shirt for work I asked to jump and could he help me not only did he help me then, but I just called him on the phone and he found something Else I needed for my work busy day and stuck it to the side for me. I can’t tell you you just don’t get that Customer Service anymore anywhere so if there’s anything that you do if corporate reads these reviews, I wanna tell you that Jimmy I think his name is is a big part of why that business platform is so successful, thank you so much for this.
