We bought several fragile pieces of small china from an auction and was very nervous as it had to be shipped from across the USA, we were given several options to use for shipping and we choose this ups store 7768 the people were very polite to speak with and gave us prices for everything, so we accepted it and they did the most outstanding job packing and shipping our boxes, OMG it was so meticulously packed we were so shocked as we buy from auctions often and have had several nightmares with shipping. I was wowed by the service, they were very helpful. I had a bunch of Amazon returns. They were patient and helpful, taped boxes as needed, even printed out a paper label for a battery item(they have the store email address in front of the computer for customers to email the printable label). I have been to Fairhaven and Westport UPS stores and they do not tape items or print labels for customer…because of this my husband has been keeping package tape in his truck. I was at the Middleborough store and it was such a treat! Clean everyone helpful, very knowledgeable on every aspect of UPS & whatever you need... They have mailing boxes you can rent.
