Fitness Plus — Local services in Middlefield Township

Recently I moved into the area and was looking for a gym that I did not have to drive too far to go to. I am from the west suburbs and was used to having everything close. I just joined and I have to say right off the bat how clean this gym is. They had all the equipment that I wanted, the owner was very pleasant and knowledgeable, and I LOVED that I could have 24 hour access! And this is in Middlefied, who knew? Where I am from the sheer volume, and less than to be desired cleanliness of gyms these days are atrocious. NOT HERE! Very impressed! Thank you...

I've worked out for a long time. You never have to wait for equipment, its great! The Extreme Pump class is a great group exercise class if your looking for that extra motivation. It combines Strength training and Cardiovascular in one class. I recommend visiting Fitness Plus. It's nice having a gym in my hometown that offers a 24 hour gym. I like they offer tanning as well. I can get everything done...

So the owner has been there working behind front desk and I asked to use tanning bed....he stated "we don't have any staff here Sunday so no"....aren't u staff? Very cut n dry and he barely made eye contact w me...BTW, I prepaid for use of tanning....guy...
