It's a nice little shop in Middlefield. Seems to be family-oriented which we appreciate very much.
Because of the reviews, my wife and I made a 45-minute trip to see what it's all about. I hate to be the only non-5 star review, but the coffee was really watered down. It was almost like grounds were used a second time and had hardly any flavor. It might have just been a bad pot, but it's not terribly hard to make coffee consistently. Plus the coffee is kept in about 6 pump things with different coffee types, which take a long time to fill a coffee cup. If you order something with a flavor, you'll get a paper cup with a shot of flavored liquid in the bottom and the rest is up to you.
The young girl seemed to be a bit overwhelmed working the counter, so she might not have been having her best day. They had a steady flow of customers which shows it's popular with the locals.
All in all, it was a nice visit to a small town, but we won't be making a special trip for this coffee. I hope your experience here is a better one, as...
Read moreSuch a cute place, with a popular seating area upstairs made this a unique and cozy place to enjoy the wide variety of goodness purchased at the cafe.
The chicken- salad was surprisingly sweet with dried cranberries and crunchy celery made the perfect balance of yumminess. The Gluten-free apple bread had nothing lacking, big chunks of apples and a decadent sugary topping, I didn't even notice it was gluten-free. The maple oatmilk latte was frothy and warm with the right balance of flavors. I can't wait to try the House Stefano coffee ground upon request that I purchased to take home. This place was such a delight to find and the staff was nice, welcoming and even though they were noticeably busy was able to hand deliver my purchases while I waited. Thank you Ferroni's Allegro Cafe for brining some joy to all...
Read moreExcellent mochas and white mochas! I became a semi-regular this summer. They sell the most clever little artist-made stickers, local flower bouquets, beaded bracelets, and always have flyers for some sort of local events. This place would make an adorable stop for a date (or solo-date)!
I’ve loved everything I’ve tried on the food menu, I am slowly making my way across it. Today was the tuna salad croissant, which I know is hard to mess up— but I promise this was the best tuna salad I’ve ever had. Everything from here has tasted so fresh!
The ladies (it’s always been women) who serve me are the perfect amount of friendly to make me feel comfortable and welcome when I stop. The one day they caught me checking on their plants, and ended up talking to me about their care plan...
