I’ve been a loyal customer for years in spite of mishaps like not holding my appointments multiple times. When I called to reschedule and expressed that giving away my appointments especially that I’ve never been late is not ok with me Christine (the owner) after being ready to give me an appointment on the spot said “oh I’ll call you back” She never did ! I tried going back.....the same story ! ...complete disrespect to customers who’ve been coming for years... Shame on them! Consider yourself warned about this place or be ready to wait for a very long time after having an appointment! They don’t do it all the time or every time obviously or else they would be out of business so when you make an appointment be ready that it might happen to you just like it happened to me. Ok so I’m going to give it straight up, Lee is VERY rude and disrespectful the whole store is very rude and the workers are super mean. I saw Lee yell at someone in the store and the person doing my nails was very mean. I told her to please not touch my scab and she proceeded to put alcohol on it. When I asked her to stop she simply said relax and when Lee yelled at the woman(who’s wedding is supposedly tomorrow) she said relax and of coarse that made her more angry. There is the worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in that store out of all the nail spoons I’ve ever seen it is disgusting how they treated that lady and I could tell some of the customers who the workers knew by name were not surprised which means this isn’t the first time and they are used to seeing this behavior. I have gone here several times. First time the owner talked me into getting this expensive hard gel instead of acrylics because it would look more natural ( it didn't) and ended up costing me $65 which is not much so I kept up with the fill because I didn't feel like getting them soaked off. The last 2 times my nails looked horrible. First time they forgot to put the gel top coat on my gel polish and 2 nails turned black.(40 dollars this visit for the fill) I decided to return last week September 13 to get yet another $40 fill and today September 20th 1 week later all my nails completely broke off every single nail on my 10 fingers ( she did not use enough hard gel and the nails were thin as paper).
